Urban Streets Are The Most Important Component Of Public Spaces. Through Urban Streets, The Streets As Zandie Flyover Whiche In Terms Of Location, Located In Historical Contexts Are More Important, Because They Are The Place For Passing People, And The Link Between Historical-Cultural Monuments, And Also Have High Economic Value.
The Recent Urban Development Projects, Like Incomplete Implementation Of Walkability Plan In The Open Space Around The Citadel, Construction Of Zand Underpass, Performed With The Aim Of Reviving Karimkhani Complex. But The Outcome Of This Action, Caused The Lack Of Correlation Between Buildings Of Complex, And Also Walkability Plan Become Inefficient. Pedestrian Have The Highest Social Role, That's Why Their Organization Is Tricky, And The Most Important Criterion In These Spaces Is The Presence And Vitality Of Their Citizens.
The Main Objective Of The Study Is Conversion The Zand Flyover To A Lively Urban Space With Help Of Raising The Quality Of The Environment.
In This Study, According To The Population Sample Statistics Associated With The Flyover Zand, According To Cochran Table, 383 Questionnaire Completed, And By Putting Datas In SPSS Software The Following Results Were Obtained:
Among The Factors Of Affecting Environmental Quality Space With Vitality, And Also Between Vehicle Traffic Management And Create A Pedestrian-Oriented Environment That Is Interconnected With Physical Integrity, There Are Significant Relationships
