Locating is one of the most important indicators is the creation of supportive housing. Including supportive housing residences that are in the wrong location, leading to problems such as lack of infrastructure and access to public services, economic and social problems. there are many criteria for locating the supportive housing, one of the main criteria is affordable indicators. So locating supportive housing according to the affordable indicators is essential. The aim of This paper is codification affordable measures to achieve the location of supportive housing with a systematic process in Babolsar. To this end, the first, with survey of existing research, the affordable indicators of supportive housing were achieved and analysis of its content was adjusted by Objective content. For locating of supportive housing in the Babolsar city, these criteria were conducted. Regarding the spatial justice approach, numerous criteria and sub-criteria and information constraints the present study did not take into account all of them. only access indicator and its sub-criteria by using AHP hierarchy analyzed and then some of the economic criteria (Renovation of worn regions) and legal (the area of the median income of the city) to the output of the AHP was applied. According to this method, the weight given to each criterion and sub-criteria, the binary comparison matrix Thomas L. hour, the ranking is used, in GIS layers were combined. Finally, the affordable area for supportive housing in urban areas was selected. these regions, in terms of the realization of spatial justice, have desirable access to urban facilities and, due to their inclusion in the middle income areas, leads to a reduction in concentration of poverty, and on the other hand, the price of land leakage in this context Due to the importance and limitations of land prices, is appropriate to build shelter housing.
