In this paper, descriptive - analytic method that aims to create a feasibility study for the city of Sanandaj subway lines and suburban done It has been tried to use geographic information system (GIS) and utilizes the IHWP models and measures with regard to communication, social - economic, environmental and physical-spatial optimal routes for transportation (subway) emplacement.
