fa تبیین معیارهای کالبدی موثر بر عملکرد حرارتی گونه‌های مختلف خانه‌های تاریخی شهر همدان Impact of physical criteria on thermal performance of different types of historical Houses in Hamedan City عمومى General پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research همدان به عنوان یکی از کهن‌ترین شهرهای ایران زمین، از قدمت چند هزار ساله‌ای برخوردار است. کهن‌ترین آثار شاخص خانه در شهر همدان مربوط به دوره‌ی اشکانی است که طی کاوش‌های باستان‌شناسی دهه‌ی هفتاد هجری شمسی، بقایای آن در تپه‌ی هگمتانه کشف شده است. از دوره‌ی قاجار و پس از آن، آثار معماری قابل توجهی به جا مانده است که در این میان سهم خانه‌ها نیز قابل توجه است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و ماهیت آن یک تحقیق آمیخته است که از روش‌های کیفی و کمی بهره می‌گیرد. در ابتدا به بررسی علمی اقلیم شهر همدان بر اساس مشخصات آب‌وهوایی بلندمدت(1976 تا 2015) می‌پردازیم و سپس تعداد 33 خانه که واجد اطلاعات و مدارک کامل بودند، با تحلیل ساختاری ویژگی‌های کالبدی مشترک خانه‌ها بر اساس شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر عملکردحرارتی آن‌ها گونه‌بندی می‌شوند. در مرحله بعدی جهت بررسی عملکرد حرارتی خانه‌ها منتخب از روش شبیه‌سازی رایانه‌ای استفاده می‌شود و نتایج براساس نگرش مقایسه‌ای و آزمون همبستگی تحلیل می‌گردند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش، می‌توان خانه‌های تاریخی موجود در شهر همدان را به سه گونه، بر اساس معیارهای کالبدی موثر بر عملکردحرارتی خانه‌ها در بازه‌ی زمانی قاجار تا پهلوی دسته بندی کرد: گونه‌ی :A خانه‌های دوره‌ی قاجار که به صورت درونگرا با حیاط مرکزی و فضای اندرونی و بیرونی بوده است. گونه‌ی B: خانه‌های مربوط به دوران اواخر قاجار و پهلوی اول که تلفیقی از گونه‌ی درونگرا و برونگرا هستند. گونه‌ی C: خانه‌هایی که با تأثیرپذیری از فرهنگ معماری غرب پلان‌ها در آن‌ها برونگرا شده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان می‌دهد که بین شاخص‌های نسبت سطح کل زیر بنا به حجم (A/V)، نسبت فضای پر به خالی (تراکم)، ضخامت دیوارهای خارجی و جرم حرارتی و میزان مصرف انرژی همبستگی معکوس و با شدت زیاد وجود دارد، درحالی‌که بین شاخص‌های نسبت سطح بازشو به سطح جانبی بنا و مساحت حیاط و میزان مصرف انرژی همبستگی مستقیم و با شدت زیاد وجود دارد و بین شاخص‌های نسبت ارتفاع به عرض حیاط (H/W)، نسبت ارتفاع به طول حیاط (H/L) و نسبت سطح جانبی به حجم (S/V) و میزان مصرف انرژی همبستگی مستقیم و با شدت کم وجود دارد. As one of the oldest cities in Iran, Hamedan is thousands of years old. The oldest houses in Hamedan date back to the time of the Ashkaneniads. Archeological excavations discovered in the 1990s, the remnants of these houses in Hegmataneh hill. Houses belonging to the era before the Qajar dynasty are rare in Hamedan. However, there are plenty of architectural structures belonging to the Qajar era, including homes. This study is an applied study with diverse nature, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. It delves into the climate of Hamedan based on the climatic records from 1976 to 2015. Following this, the research selected 33 historic houses in Hamedan with full information, and documents for structural analysis of houses' common physical characteristics based on indicators affecting their thermal performance are classified. Next, the computer simulation method is used to evaluate selected houses' thermal performance, and the results are analyzed based on comparative attitude and correlation test. The historic houses in Hamedan can be divided into three categories based on the physical criteria significant to the thermal functioning of the houses: Type A: Qajar era houses with internal form and central yard and interior and exterior spaces. Type B: Houses of late Qajar and early Pahlavi era with a mixture of internal and external types. Type C: Houses that were under the effect of western architecture and were external. Also, the results of correlation analysis show that between the indicators of the ratio of the total surface area to the volume (A/V), the ratio of Full space to empty space (density), the thickness of external walls, and thermal mass and energy consumption, there is an inverse correlation with high intensity. Simultaneously, there is a direct and high correlation between the ratio of the openings area to the side area and the yard's size and the amount of energy consumption. And between the indexes of the ratio of building height to yard width (H/W), building height to yard length (H/L) and the ratio of side area to volume (S/V) and energy consumption are directly correlated with low intensity. معیارهای کالبدی, عملکردحرارتی, گونه‌شناسی, شبیه‌سازی, خانه‌های تاریخی همدان.
