fa تبیین روابط قدرت کنشگران در تولید و بازتولید فضاهای شهری در اراضی عباس‌آباد شهر تهران روان شناسی محیط پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گفتمان تولید و بازتولید فضای شهری طی دهه‌های اخیر در ادبیات شهری موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. تولید فضای شهری، مفهومی چندوجهی است که می توان آن را مجموعه‌ای از فرایندها و اقدامات فردی و گروهی انسانی نظیر تصمیم‌گیری، مشارکت در کنترل و مالکیت شهری و مشارکت در تولید فضای فیزیکی دانست.</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تأکیدات اندیشمندان مختلف، رابطه و تأثیر قدرت در ایجاد فضاهای </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شهر را عیان می‌سازد. امروزه فضاهای شهری ما، به خاطر انحصارطلبی‌ها، برنامه‌ریزی مختص یک یا چند گروه خاص، فقدان عرصه‌ای برای مشارکت و ابراز عقیده‌ استفاده‌کنندگان از فضا، عدم توجه به منافع عمومی، با مشکلات متعددی مواجه است. </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در جریان تولید و بازتولید فضای شهر،کنشگران متعددی هرکدام دارای قدرت متفاوت و با دسترسی به منابع قدرت مختلف به تأثیرگذاری می‌پردازند. اراضی عباس تهران، یکی از محدوده‌های باارزش و دارای پتانسیل‌های منحصربه‌فرد است. نحوه تولید و بازتولید و بهره برداری از آن در دهه‌های اخیر توسط اقشار مختلف تأمل‌برانگیز بوده و به نظر می‌رسد که روندها یا عواملی، مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم، باعث شده است این محدوده باارزش، از حالت ایده‌آل &laquo;شهر برای همه شهروندان&raquo;، به حالت &laquo;هر بخش شهر برای قشری خاص&raquo; تبدیل گردیده و متعلق به همه مردم نباشد. لذا این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی کنشگران تأثیرگذار در تولید فضای عباس‌آباد و همچنین بررسی روابط قدرت بین آن‌ها بوده است. گردآوری داده‌ها با مصاحبه نیمه ساخت‌یافته با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و همچنین بررسی اسناد و مشاهده میدانی بوده و برای تحلیل از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک استفاده شده است. یافته&shy;های این پژوهش نشان می&shy;دهد که </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دولت</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">حکومت،</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به‌عنوان</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دو</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نهاد</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">وابسته</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به یکدیگر و گاه در تضاد باهم، به هدایت و کنترل تولید فضای عباس آباد پرداخته&shy;اند، بخش خصوصی مستقل، در این فرایند وجود ندارد و آنچه به اسم بخش خصوصی وجود دارد وابسته و تحت کنترل و اراده دولت و حکومت فعالیت می&shy;کنند. روابط قدرت بین کنشگران در عباس‌آباد به هیچ وجه معطوف به شهروندان و سازمانهای مردم نهاد نیست. تناقض موجود در اهداف و عمل انجام‌شده در اراضی عباس‌آباد، منجر به از دست رفتن بخش زیادی از پتانسیل این فضای شهری بزرگ در بازتولید از لحاظ تامین نیازهای اقشار مختلف شهروندان شده است. میزان قدرت هر کنشگر در تولید فضاهای شهری، وابستگی زیادی به منبع قدرت وی دارد و بنابراین برای موازنه قدرت کنشگران، مهم و ضروری است که موارنه منبع قدرت آن‌ها را به تعادل رساند. این امر مستلزم ایجاد تحولات و اصلاحاتی در حوزه ساختاری و عملکردی در فرایند تولید فضای شهری است.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction:&nbsp;</strong>Urban space production is a multifaceted concept that can be considered a set of processes and individual and group human actions such as decision making, participation in urban control and ownership, and participation in the production of physical space. The emphasis of different thinkers reveals the importance of power in creating urban spaces. Today, our urban spaces face many problems due to monopolies, planning for one or more specific groups, lack of participation and expression for space users, and lack of attention to public interests. During the production and reproduction of urban space, several actors each have different powers and influence by accessing different power sources. Abbas-Abad lands of Tehran are one of the valuable areas and have unique potentials. How it is produced, reproduced, and exploited in recent decades by various strata has been thought-provoking. It seems that political trends have changed this valuable space from the ideal &quot;city for all citizens&quot; to the state of &quot;every part of the city has become for a specific class&quot;.<br> <strong>Methodology:&nbsp;</strong>Therefore, this study sought to identify influential actors in Abbas-Abad space production and examine the power relations. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews by snowball sampling method, document review, field observation, and Mic-Mac software was used for analysis.<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>The findings of this study show that the government and the government, as two interdependent and sometimes contradictory institutions, have directed and controlled the production of Abbas-Abad space. There is no independent private sector in this process and what is called the private sector. They are affiliated and operate under the control and will of the government and the government. The power relations between the actors in Abbas-Abad are in no way focused on citizens and non-governmental organizations.<br> <strong>Conclusion: The challenges</strong>&nbsp;in Abbas-Abad decreased the potential of this ample urban space in reproduction to meet the needs of different segments of citizens. The level of power of each actor in the production of urban spaces is highly dependent on his source of power. Therefore, to balance the power of actors, it is essential to balance their source of power.
