fa ارائه الگوی پایدار پس از همه‌گیری کووید -۱۹ در فضاهای معماری و شهری Proposing a (COVID-19) Post-Pandemic Sustainable Pattern in Architectural and Urban Spaces روان شناسی محیط پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research همه‌گیری‌ها از گذشته یک چالش در همه سطوح محیط ساخته شده بوده‌اند. از آنجا که شهرسازی و معماری پس از کووید -۱۹ هرگز با گذشته یکسان نخواهد بود، لزوم توسعه یک الگوی پایدار برای مقابله با همه‌گیری انکارناپذیر است. هدف اصلی این مقاله تولید چارچوب مفهومی برای پاسخگویی به ملاحظات شهرسازی و معماری در همه‌گیری و ارائه یک الگوی پایدار در یک محیط ساخته شده برای غلبه بر شرایط مشابه و یا سخت‌تر است. در این راستا ابتدا مطالعه مروری بر شهرسازی و معماری در زمان همه‌گیری‌های قرن‌های گذشته ارائه می‌شود. سپس زمینه‌های تحقیقاتی تحت تأثیر همه‌گیری با مراجعه به منابع موجود، مفهوم‌سازی می‌شود و نهایتاً برخی از درس‌های آموخته‌شده از همه‌گیری برای تجسم و معرفی چشم‌انداز مطالعه در مورد الگوی پایدار پس از همه‌گیری ارائه می‌شود. از نظر روش‌شناسی، تحقیق بر اساس یک چارچوب بین‌رشته‌ای و از حیث ماهیت از نوع تحلیلی است. در این راستا با جمع‌بندی پیشینه تحقیق، چارچوب مفهومی رویکردهای کلیدی برای بررسی پیامدهای شهرسازی و معماری در دوران پس از همه‌گیری بر اساس سه حوزه کلیدی طبقه‌بندی می‌شود تا چشم‌انداز مطالعه در مورد محیط ساخته شده واقعی ارائه گردد. سپس بر اساس حوزه‌های کلیدی یاد شده به عملیاتی‌سازی مفاهیم معماری و شهرسازی پس از همه‌گیری پرداخته می‌شود. بررسی تقابل وضعیت مجازی/ واقعی به همراه پیچیدگی‌های عملیاتی‌سازی مفاهیم مشترک و متقابل (فضاهای فیزیکی و مجازی/ رشد شهری فشرده و پراکنده / تراکم زیاد و کم / حاشیه شهری و مراکز شهری / حمل ‌و نقل عمومی و خصوصی/ فضاهای باز و بسته) نشان می‌دهد که برای پاسخ به همه‌گیری در همه سطوح و مقیاس‌ها نمی‌توان فقط به یک استراتژی برای ایجاد الگوی پایدار اعتماد کرد و درنتیجه پیش‌بینی و تجسم الگوی پایدار برای فضاهای معماری و شهری پس از همه‌گیری این ویژگی‌ها را طلب می‌کند: ۱) استراتژی‌های انعطاف‌پذیرتر برای مدیریت مفاهیم متقابل ۲) کمک گرفتن از درس‌های امنیت سایبری، چندلایه محافظتی منعطف و جامع در همه سطوح و مقیاس‌ها (محله، منطقه، ناحیه و شهر ۳) اضافه شدن سلامت جسمی و روحی انسان به‌ عنوان بعد چهارم به تعریف کلی پایداری. نهایتاً با مدیریت اطلاعات شرایط همه‌گیری و پساهمه‌گیری و پیش‌بینی جهش‌های مختلف و مداوم ویروس یا هر چالش جدید شهری، با ایجاد لایه‌های امنیتی جدید می‌توان الگوی پیشنهادی پایدار برای ساختار کلی شهرسازی و معماری در آینده را متصور شد.   Introduction: Epidemics have been a challenge at all levels of the environment. Many current trends in architecture and urban design/planning are the results of measures that have already been taken to ensure the health and well-being of city dwellers. Since urban design/ planning and architecture after Covid-19 will never be the same as in the past, the need for developing a pattern for urban environment design to efficiently deal with the pandemic is undeniable. The primary objective of this article is to create a synergy between urban design/planning and architecture towards generating a conceptual framework where we consider the existence of the pandemic and what it entails on different levels. The main questions of this research address the following key questions: What are the characteristics of the post-pandemic sustainable pattern, whether it can be used to protect the environment from other pandemics, and what is the nature of physical changes in a post-pandemic? Methodology: Methodologically, this research is based on an analytic trans-disciplinary framework, which is rooted and operationalized by identifying the concepts associated with these keys: 1) urban physical approaches, 2) urban Socio-spatial approaches, and 3) physical architectural approaches. This study first provides an overview of urban design/planning and architecture during past pandemics and then analyzes the impact of social distancing intervention on architectural and urban design/planning approaches. It then highlights research areas on pandemics through conceptualization, operationalization, and referring to available resources.   Results: From a physical point of view in urban, this research examines five categories: urban growth, urban density, land use, transportation, and informal settlements. Discussing urban socio-spatial approaches examines the two issues of public spaces and place attachment. This research presents some lessons from the pandemic to visualize and introduce the study perspective on the new sustainable pattern after the pandemic. The contradiction between the virtual and the actual situation and the complexities of implementing common and adverse concepts (Physical and virtual spaces / compact and sprawl urban growth / High and low density / Urban suburbs and urban centers / Public and private transport / Open and closed spaces) show that just one pattern will not be responsive to the newly-built pandemic-resilient pattern. Conclusion: The newly-built pandemic-resilient pattern must have flexible and comprehensive protective layers at all scales. Moreover, it should add human physical and mental health as a fourth dimension to the overall definition of sustainability. It continues by saying that just one pattern will not be responsive to the post-pandemic sustainable pattern.
