fa تبیین مدل دیالکتیک و متوازن دوپارگی حفاظت – توسعه محدوده‌های شهری کهن شهرسازی-برنامه ریزی شهری پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify; text-indent:8.5pt"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:normal"><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تعارض در دوپارگی حفاظت - توسعه، یکی از چالش‌های اساسی در مواجهه با محدوده‌های شهری کهن است که از یک سو موجب تخریب ارزش‌های میراثی و از سوی دیگر، مانع تحقق اهداف توسعه شده و فرسودگی محدوده‌های شهری کهن را به همراه داشته است<a name="_Hlk101381520">.</a></span>&nbsp; <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف اصلی این پژوهش تبیین مدل دیالکتیک و متوازن حفاظت </span><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> توسعه محدوده‌های شهری کهن است که در پی آن دو</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف فرعی نیز دنبال می‌شود 1) تبیین دو انگاره حفاظت و توسعه در مواجهه با محدوده‌های شهری کهن.</span> <span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">2) واکاوی ریشه‌های شکل‌گیری تعارض‌های عقلی و ارائه چارچوب و روش عقلانی فهم و رفع تعارض دوپارگی حفاظت - توسعه</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:">. پژوهش از نوع بنیادی است که با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و راهبرد استدلال و استنتاج منطقی، در سطح هستی‌شناختی از طریق واکاوی متون فلسفی به درک بنیادین چیستی &laquo;ارتباط&raquo;‌ حفاظت و توسعه می‌پردازد و در سطح معرفت‌شناختی از طریق بازخوانی تحلیلی نظریه‌ها، مولفه‌های موثر در بازشناخت دوپارگی حفاظت </span><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> توسعه تبیین شده است. محصول نهایی پژوهش تبیین مدل دیالکتیک و متوازن حفاظت </span><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> توسعه محدوده‌های شهری کهن است. یافته‌های پژوهش در سطح نظری شامل بازتعریف مفاهیم حفاظت و توسعه و تبیین ارتباط آن‌ها است و بیانگر این واقعیت است که حفاظت و توسعه ارتباطی دیالکتیک و متوازن با یکدیگر دارند و تعارض آن‌ها می‌تواند باعث تعامل، هم‌افزایی و ارتقای آن‌ها شود. هدایت نیروی تعارض و عدم توزان در جهت ارتقا، مستلزم بازشناسی ارتباط حفاظت </span><span arial="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span><span b="" lang="FA" mitra="" style="font-family:"> توسعه و ارائه صورت‌بندی جدید از آن در قالب یک مدل است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که حفاظت و توسعه در ذات و غایت یکپارچه و متوازن هستند و تعارض و عدم توازن میان آن‌ها ناشی از درک ناقص و بلاواسطه این مفاهیم است؛ مواجهه دیالکتیک و متوازن دو انگاره، ضمن بازتعریف آن‌ها، به دلیل هم‌افزایی، منجر به ارتقای آن‌ها در قالب یک کلیت برتر می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></h1> Introduction: Conflict in the conservation-development dichotomy is among the main challenges in the<br role="presentation" > face of historic urban areas, which destroys heritage values, as well as hinders the actualization of<br role="presentation" > development objectives, and deteriorates the historic urban areas. The present study aims to explain the<br role="presentation" > dialectic and balanced model of conservation- development of historic urban areas, redefining the<br role="presentation" > concepts of conservation and development in the face of historic urban areas, evaluating the roots of<br role="presentation" > forming intellectual conflicts, and providing a rational framework and method for understanding and<br role="presentation" > eliminating the conflict of conservation-development dichotomy.<br role="presentation" > Method: This Research is fundamental, by qualitative content analysis and logical reasoning strategy, at<br role="presentation" > the ontological level through the analysis of philosophical texts, understands the basic meaning of<br role="presentation" > &quot;relationship&quot;, conservation and development, and at the epistemological level through analytical<br role="presentation" > reading of theories, effective components In the recognition of conservation-development dichotomy is<br role="presentation" > explained. The final product of the research is the explanation of the dialectical and balanced model of<br role="presentation" > conservation-development of historical urban areas.<br role="presentation" > Results: At the theoretical level, the results include redefining the relationship between conservation<br role="presentation" > and development, showing that their relationship interacts with conflict in a dialectic process, while the<br role="presentation" > scope and depth of each expanded, leading to their evolution and promotion.
