fa امکان سنجی و اجرای طرح خیابان کامل جهت دستیابی به سرزندگی فضایی- اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی: بلوارهای ارم شیراز و همدان) Feasibility and the implementation of the complete street plan to achieve social-spatial liveliness روان شناسی محیط پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research امروزه اغلب فضاهای عمومی شــهری ازجمله خیابان‌ها به دلیل افزایش بی‌رویه وســایل نقلیه موتوری و وابســتگی الگوی زندگی شــهری به آن‌ها، به‌شدت تحت سلطه ماشین درآمده و سرزندگی خود را ازدست‌داده‌اند. خیابان که زمانی محل تعاملات و فعالیت‌های انسانی بود، به مکانی بیشتر برای عبور تبدیل شد و به تصرف اتومبیل‌ها درآمد. مردمانی که زمانی نه‌چندان دور در خیابان به گفت‌وگو و دادوستد می‌پرداختند، کودکانی که خیابان را محلی برای بازی می‌دانستند، جوانانی که برای تفریح به خیابان می‌آمدند و موجب ارتقای سرزندگی می‌شدند، همگی ازآن‌پس به مخاطبان پیاده‌ای تبدیل شدند که جز از محل‌های ویژه خط‌کشی شده حق گذر از آن را ندارند. بنابراین با توجه به موارد مطرح‌شده و شواهد موجود توجه به نیازهای تمامی شهروندان ازجمله کودکان و جوانان از طریق افزایش سلامت فکری و روانی آن‌ها و احساس آرامش از بابت فضایی مناسب با امنیت فیزیکی و اجتماعی برای حضور یافتن به‌منظور ارتقا سرزندگی و نشاط را در شهرهای کشورمان مهم به نظر می‌رسد. در این میان طرح خیابان کامل یکی از راهبردهای مناسبی هست که می‌تواند امنیت، آسایش و دسترسی آسان برای اتومبیل سواران، عابران پیاده، دوچرخه‌سواران و رانندگان وسایل حمل‌ونقل عمومی را به‌طور هم‌زمان فراهم آورده و آن تعاملات و سرزندگی اجتماعی سال‌های گذشته را زنده گرداند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سرزندگی فضایی - اجتماعی بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و به روش نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه ساختاریافته بود. با بهره‌گیری از روش نظریه زمینه‌ای، داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده با 72 نفر از شهروندان شیرازی و 39 نفر از شهروندان همدانی، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز (اولیه)، محوری و گزینشی (انتخابی) کدگذاری شد. کدهای باز شامل 25 مفهوم مربوط به شیراز و 35 مفهوم مربوط به همدان و کدهای محوری شامل سه مقوله عمده است که مشتمل بر پویایی، جذابیت و مردم و فعالیت‌ها (فعال و غیرفعال) هست. عدالت فضایی – اجتماعی، به‌عنوان کد محوری پژوهش حاضر، ز، ایران شناسایی گردید.   Nowadays, the most urban public spaces including streets have strongly been under the control of cars and lost their liveliness because of irregular increase in the use of motor vehicles. The street, which was a place for human interactions and activities, has changed into a place to pass and taken up by cars. The people, who used to talk and trade in the street, the children, who considered the street to be a place to play, the young, who came into the street for amusement and being the case in increasing liveliness, all of them have become the pedestrian, who are only permitted to pass the pedestrian crossing. Therefore, according to the issues raised and available evidences, it is important to be considered the needs of all citizens including children and the young by increasing their intellectual and psychological health and a feeling of relaxation due to a suitable space to be present. Meanwhile, the complete street is one of the suitable strategies that can bring security, relaxation, and easy access for drivers, pedestrians, cycling, and public transport drivers at the same time and revive the interactions and social liveliness of the past years. So the aim of this present research is to investigate the affected factors in spatial-social liveliness by complete street principles. Method This present research has been conducted with a qualitative approach and the method of grounded theory. This theory is data-driven and avoids the only test of deductive hypotheses. In this regards the researcher tries to discover dominant processes of social context from the vision of subjects. Results The data from interviews with citizens of Shirazi and 39 citizens of Hamadani were coded in three stages: coded open (initial), central, and selective. Open codes include 25  concepts that relate to Shiraz and 35 concepts that relate to Hamadan and central codes include three major categories, which include dynamism, attractiveness, and people and activities (active and passive).Social-spatial justice was identified as the central code of the present research. Conclusion According to the results of the research, the core category (selective code) is "spatial-social justice". This category covers all the other categories. In fact, the citizens participating in this research have explained social-spatial justice as a major factor in increasing spatial-social liveliness. The grounded model of this explanation consists of a series of conditions that include causal conditions, contextual conditions, and mediating conditions, which lead to the emergence of activities and interactions. The consequences of these activities and interactions are social-spatial justice The causal conditions of this model are favorable urban management, which plays an essential role in creating lively spaces in cities. On the other hand, responding to the needs of all people has a great impact on the presence and enjoyment of the space. Correct behavioral activities are the mediating conditions that create interest in using the space.
