fa پیکره بندی فضایی مسکن معاصر: مرور نظام مند مفاهیم و زمینه های موضوعی Spatial Configuration of Contemporary Housing: A Systematic Review of Concepts and Thematic Contexts شهرسازی-برنامه ریزی شهری پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research خانه نماینگر ارزش‌ها، عقاید فرهنگی و اجتماعی ساکنان است. باتوجه به توسعۀ ابعاد مطالعات علمی و پژوهشی در زمینه‌های مختلف روانشناسی معماری به خصوص مسکن، بررسی سیر حرکت اندیشمندان و موضوعات مطالعه شده می‌تواند مؤیدی بر نیازهای تحقیقاتی آتی در حوزۀ پیکره‌بندی مسکن و ادراک جنسیتی باشد؛ این مقاله می‌کوشد با اتخاذ روش مرور نظام‌مند، مقالات پژوهشی داخلی کشور حدفاصل سال‌های 1403 تا 1380 با محوریت موضوعی پیکره‌بندی مسکن را شناسایی و یافته‌های آن را در چگونگی تبیین این مفهوم و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن تحلیل نماید و راهکاری برای بهبود کیفیت مطالعات بعدی در جهت افزایش تعمیم‌پذیری برون داد مطالعات در نشریات ارائه نماید. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻣﺮور ﻧﻈﺎمﻣﻨﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در جستجوی اولیه با استفاده از روش «مرورنظام‌مند» چارچوب کلی مفاهیم مرتبط با حوزه پیکره بندی مسکن و ادراک جنسیتی و ارتباط معنایی میان دو حوزه، 55064 ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ طبقه‌بندی که 2747 پژوهش در گروه هنر و معماری را در ﺑﺮﻣﯽﮔﺮﻓﺖ. پس از بررسی و پایش 289 مقاله استخراج و با استفاده از از بیانیه پریزما، مستندات مرتبط با «پیکره‌بندی مسکن» که در برگیرنده جنبه‌های کالبدی و روانشناسی - ادراکی  انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان داد مطالعات در تببین «پیکره بندی فضایی مسکن» با تاکید بر ادراک جنسیتی در سازمان‌دهی فضایی مسکن تشریح نشده است. همچنین محققان در شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر این مولفه بیش‌تر بر ابعاد کمی تمرکز و فارغ از جنسیت به بررسی ابعاد این حوزه پرداخته اند. ارزیابی آماری نتایج، بیانگر آن است که از میان 14 موضوع شناسایی شده، تمرکز مطالعات در نشریات علمی-پژوهشی بیشتر روی مباحث «ساختارفضایی» و «تجربه‌زیسته- حس‌مکان» و اغلب به شیوۀ کیفی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) است. نتایج نشان داد مطالعات در تببین «پیکره‌بندی مسکن» بر روانشناختی بودن این پیوند و پیامدهای رفتاری فارغ از جنسیت تأکید شده و سازوکارهای روانشناختی عمیق در ابعاد احساسی و شناختی- ادراکی تشریح نشده است. همچنین محققان در شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر این پیوند بیش تر بر ابعاد انسانی و مکانی تمرکز داشته اند. خلاء تئوری ادراک جنسیتی و مکان دستیابی به نتیجه واجد انسجام نظری را دشوار کرده است.   Introduction: Considering the importance of housing as a reflection of residents’ cultural and social values, and the growing expansion of scientific studies in the field of architectural psychology—especially in relation to housing—there is a pressing need to examine the trajectory of scholarly thought and research in this domain. A particular gap is observed in the intersection between spatial configuration and gendered perception of space. This study aims to conduct a systematic review of domestic research articles published between 2001 to 2024 that focus on the spatial configuration of housing. The goal is to analyze how this concept has been defined, what influencing factors have been identified, and to offer recommendations to improve the quality and generalizability of future studies in scholarly publications. Methodology: The research adopts a qualitative approach using the systematic review method. In the initial search process, 55,064 studies were identified through structured filtering techniques, among which 2,747 belonged to the domain of arts and architecture. After detailed screening, 289 relevant articles were selected. Using the PRISMA statement as a methodological framework, the analysis focused on documents explicitly addressing housing configuration, encompassing both physical and psycho-perceptual dimensions. Results: Findings revealed that the concept of "spatial configuration of housing" with an emphasis on gendered perception remains underexplored in existing literature. Most studies have focused on quantitative aspects, often disregarding gender differences in spatial experience. Of the 14 key thematic categories identified, the majority of research centered on “spatial structure” and “lived experience/place attachment,” and predominantly employed qualitative (descriptive-analytical) methods. Moreover, while acknowledging the psychological nature of spatial configuration and its behavioral consequences, few studies have delved into its emotional, cognitive, or perceptual mechanisms. Researchers have primarily examined the human and spatial aspects of this connection, leaving theoretical and analytical gaps in understanding gendered perception and spatial meaning. Conclusion: The current body of literature shows a concentration on certain dominant themes while overlooking the nuanced psychological and gendered dimensions of housing spatial configuration. The lack of theoretical frameworks related to gender perception and place has hindered the development of cohesive and generalizable findings. This review underscores the necessity for interdisciplinary and theory-driven approaches to enhance the depth and applicability of future research in this field.   پیکره بندی, ادراک, جنسیت, مسکن, معاصر, تهران.
