fa منظر‌شهری و تاثیر گرافیک محیطی اطلاع رسان در ارتقاء هویت آن Urban landscape and the impact of informational environmental graphics on enhancing its identity شهرسازی-برنامه ریزی شهری پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research توجه به مبحث حیات اجتماعی و مساله هویت از مباحث مهم زندگی اجتماعی و شهری است و منظر‌شهری به عنوان واسطه‌ای میان انسان و پدیده شهری، مکانی جهت تبلور بصری و معنایی گرافیک محیطی می‌باشد. عوامل متنوعی می‌توانند در زمینه هویت و مسائل اجتماعی در منظر شهری اثرگذار باشند که یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها توجه به گرافیک محیطی شهر می‌باشد. به‌کارگیری صحیح و اصولی از امکانات تصویری و اجرایی گرافیک محیطی با در نظر گرفتن مفاهیم هویت بخش می‌تواند بخشی از قابلیت‌های توسعه شهری در برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان در فضای شهری و اماکن مختلف از آن مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. تسهیل امر ارتباط، راهنمایی و اطلاع‌رسانی، زیباسازی محیط با هدف ایجاد هویت بصری از مهم‌ترین کارکردهای ویژه گرافیک محیطی می‌باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر گرافیک محیطی اطلاع‌رسان در ارتقاء هویت منظر‌شهری شهرداری رشت در بهتر راهنمایی کردن شهروندان و ایجاد تصویر بصری و به یادماندنی از فضاهای عمومی و پرتردد شهری است. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش بنیادی-نظری است، بدین معنا که منابعی انتخاب می‌شوند که بیشترین اطلاعات و داده را برای پاسخ به پرسش پژوهش فراهم می‌کنند. در پژوهش‌های کیفی افرادی را که در پژوهش شرکت می‌کنند، فرد یا نمونه نمی‌گویند، بلکه شرکت‌کننده یا صاحب اطلاع محسوب می‌شوند، زیرا روی این افراد مداخله‌ای صورت نمی‌گیرد و فعالانه در پژوهش شرکت دارند.  انتخاب افراد مصاحبه‌شونده بر اساس معیارهای خبرگی (سابقۀ بالای 5 سال در حوزه شهری، طراحی گرفیک، مدیریت فرهنگی و تحصیلات کارشناسی و بالاتر) بود. از میان آن‌ها تعداد 10 نفر از کارشناسان و مدیران شهرداری، سازمان زیباسازی شهرداری‌ها و اساتید دانشگاهی، بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی تا حصول به اشباع نظری انتخاب گردیدند، نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که شهروندان به‌دلیل نبود مؤلفه‌های هویت‌بخش هیچ‌گونه احساس تعلق و مسئولیتی در قبال علائم و احجام فرهنکی/اطلاع‌رسان نداشته و هیچ‌گونه پیوند و شبکه‌ای که سبب ایجاد هویتمندی علائم و احجام اطلاع‌رسان شود، نکرده‌اند؛ به همین منظور نقش گرافیست‌ها به‌عنوان فردی متخصص و پل ارتباطی بین شهروندان و مسئولین باید موارد ذکر شده را برای هویت‌مند کردن علائم و احجام محیطی/ فرهنگی اطلاع‌رسان مدنظر قرار دهند. در نتیجه در رتبه‌بندی آزمون فریدمن و اعتبارسنجی مؤلفه‌ها مشخص شد که «مفاهیم شکل‌دهنده به علائم گرافیک محیطی اطلاع‌رسان» در رتبه اول، «مؤلفه‌های شکلدهنده مبلمان محیطی و احجام فرهنگی» در رتبه دوم، «مؤلفه‌های شکل‌دهنده مشارکت گرافیست و شهروندان» در رتبه سوم و «مؤلفههای شکل‌دهنده هویتمندی علائم گرافیکی» در رتبه چهارم قرار دارد.   Introduction: Paying attention to social life and identity is one of the most essential dimensions of urban development. The urban landscape, functioning as a medium between individuals and the city, provides the visual and symbolic context in which environmental graphics manifest. Numerous elements can influence identity and social cohesion within the urban environment, among which environmental graphic design plays a pivotal role. When applied appropriately and systematically, the visual and functional aspects of environmental graphics—aligned with identity-based concepts—can be leveraged as strategic tools in urban development and large-scale spatial planning.  Key functions of environmental graphics include facilitating communication, guiding movement, disseminating information, and enhancing aesthetic appeal to shape a distinct visual identity. This study aims to investigate the impact of informative environmental graphics on reinforcing the urban landscape identity within the jurisdiction of Rasht Municipality. The focus is particularly on improving wayfinding, citizen orientation, and creating a memorable visual experience in public and high-traffic urban spaces. Methodology: This research employs a theoretical or conceptual sampling approach, selecting sources based on their relevance and depth in addressing the research questions. In qualitative studies, participants are referred to as knowledge holders rather than subjects, as they actively contribute to the research process without undergoing any form of intervention.  Interviewees were chosen based on specific expertise criteria: a minimum of five years of experience in urban-related fields, graphic design, or cultural management, along with at least a bachelor’s degree. A total of ten experts, including municipal managers, members of urban beautification organizations, and university professors, were selected using the snowball sampling method, continuing until theoretical saturation was achieved. Results: Findings revealed that due to the absence of identity-forming components, citizens feel little sense of belonging or responsibility toward cultural and informational graphic elements. There is also a lack of connection or associative network between individuals and these graphic components. As such, the role of graphic designers—as intermediaries between citizens and policymakers—must focus on fostering identity through the design of environmental and informational graphics. Discussion: Based on the Friedman ranking test and validation of design components, the study concludes with the following prioritized findings: Concepts shaping informative environmental graphic signs ranked first. Components shaping environmental furniture and cultural volumes ranked second. Components shaping collaboration between graphic designers and citizens ranked third.
