fa تبیین مؤلفه‌های رفتاری،کالبدی و مدیریتی بر ایمنی جمعیت در شرایط اضطراری مبتنی بر رویکرد عامل‌محور در فضاهای پرجمعیت The effect of physical-behavioral components on safety in emergency, Based on the agent-oriented approach in crowded spaces مدیریت-برنامه ریزی استراتژیک-اقتصاد شهری پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research در طراحی ساختمان‌هایی با کاربرد‌های پیچیده و فضاهای پرشمار، طراحان به‌منظور تحقق ایمنی جمعیت در شرایط اضطراری، اغلب به استانداردهای موجود اکتفا می‌کنند. در همه این ضوابط، موضوع تخلیه کامل جمعیت در اولویت نخست قرار دارد. بااین‌حال، استانداردهای موجود الزاماً همسو با رفتار جمعیت‌های گوناگون، تعاملاتشان با محیط کالبدی، راهبرد مدیریت تخلیه کارآمد و برهمکنش چنین موضوعاتی نیست. در این راستا پرسش‌هایی از این دست مطرح می‌شود که آیا رفتارهای ناشی از وابستگی‌های خانوادگی و یا مانند آن، بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه تأثیرگذار است؟ هراس و وحشت‌زدگی زائران به چه میزان بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه کامل در شرایط اضطراری مؤثر خواهد بود؟ تخلیه مرحله‌ای جمعیت، چه میزان بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه اضطراری تأثیرگذار است؟ هدف از انجام این تحقیق، ارزیابی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه اضطراری  و فراهم ساختن شبیه‌سازی‌های آینده‌نگر از فرایند تخلیه اضطراری جمعیت، به‌منظور تصمیم سازی مدیران می‌باشد. روش تحقیق حاضر، به لحاظ ماهیت، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و نتایج آن، تبیینی است. در این مقاله، با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد عامل محور جهت شبیه‌سازی خروج اضطراری جمعیت، بر اساس سناریوهای محتمل؛ اقدام به ارزیابی و تبیین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه اضطراری جمعیت در شرایط اضطراری شده است. این تحقیق در سه حوزه‌‌ی انسانی، کالبدی، مدیریتی و با متغیرهای خویشاوندی (وابستگی)، هراس (وحشت)، تخلیهی مرحله‌ای جمعیت، تاثیر افزایش چگالی جمعیت، تعریض درگاه ها و همسوسازی پله های برقی مخالف، بیانگر آن بوده است که تمام مؤلفه ها، بر مدت‌زمان تخلیه کامل جمعیت مؤثرند. مشاهده شد که با شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر و محتمل و مدیریت آگاهانه آن‌ها، امکان کاهش مدت‌زمان تخلیه و درنتیجه کاهش آسیب‌ها و تلفات انسانی در شرایط اضطراری وجود دارد.   Background and Objective: In the design of buildings with complex functions and diverse spaces, designers typically rely on existing standards to ensure the safety of occupants during emergencies. Although the primary goal of these standards is the complete evacuation of the population to preserve human life, these regulations do not necessarily align with the various behaviors of occupants, their interactions with the physical environment, and effective evacuation management strategies. In this context, the following questions arise: Do behaviors stemming from social dependencies affect the duration of evacuation? To what extent does fear and panic among the population influence the time required for complete evacuation in emergency situations? What is the impact of phased evacuation on emergency evacuation time? The aim of this research is to evaluate and explain the components affecting emergency evacuation time and to provide forward-looking simulations of the emergency evacuation process from crowded spaces, particularly religious spaces, to assist decision-makers in the design and operational phases. Method: The research method is applied in nature and descriptive-analytical in type, with explanatory results. In this paper, by developing the E&E framework and utilizing an agent-based approach for simulating emergency evacuations based on plausible scenarios, the study evaluates and explains the components affecting the duration of emergency evacuations in emergency situations. Findings: The processes undertaken and the simulations conducted indicate that components such as social dependency, panic, and phased evacuation significantly impact the total evacuation time. Conclusion: By identifying and consciously managing the effective and potential components from the design phase to the operational phase, it is possible to reduce the evacuation time of the population, thereby minimizing injuries and human casualties during emergencies. تخلیه ایمن جمعیت, شرایط اضطراری, مدل‌سازی مبتنی بر عامل, شبیه‌سازی, فضاهای پرجمعیت.
