fa تبیین مکانیزم احیاء بافت‌های تاریخی با استفاده از رویکرد بازآفرینی (نمونه موردی: محله حاجی در محدوده تاریخی شهر همدان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <p dir="RTL">بافت‌های تاریخی شهرها میراثی گرانقدر هستند که در هویت بخشی به حیات شهری در طول تاریخ نقش قابل توجهی ایفا میکنند. این بخش از شهر تجلی گاه ابعاد فرهنگی-اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردمانی است که در دوره‌های تاریخی در این بخش از شهر روزگار سپری کرده و هویت فرهنگی آن را به ثبت رسانده اند. امروزه این بافت‌های تاریخی به ویژه در شهرهای با قدمت تاریخی که زمانی سرزنده ،جذاب و با کیفیت بوده اند، به دلایل مختلف دچار افول حیات شهری، اقتصادی و فرهنگی شده اند و بر این اساس جذابیت وکیفیت گذشته خود را از دست دادند. مقاله‌ی حاضر با هدف بهبود وضعیت موجود محدوده‌ی محله حاجی شهر همدان، سعی‌دارد در زمینه‌ی بازآفرینی آن راهبردهایی را ارائه ‌نماید‌. اطلاعات این پژوهش به صورت اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه و مطالعه‌های میدانی فراهم‌ شده‌ است. با تعیین موقعیت محدوده‌ی مورد مطالعه در ماتریس <span dir="LTR">(</span><span dir="LTR">SWOT</span><span dir="LTR">)</span> نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها شناسایی شده و در ادامه با استفاده از ماتریس ارزیابی <span dir="LTR">(</span><span dir="LTR">EI</span><span dir="LTR">)</span> راهبردهای قابل قبول برای بازآفرینی محدوده‌&zwj; موردنظر، مشخص‌ شده‌اند. علاوه بر آن با کمک روش <span dir="LTR">QSPM</span> اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای ارایه شده در مرحله قبل به انجام رسیده است. نتایج نشان‌ می‌دهد، نقش عوامل درونی و راهبرد‌های رقابتی یا قوت-تهدید و همچنین برخی راهبردهای محافظه‌کارانه در راستای رسیدن به اهداف برنامه‌ریزی بازآفرینی این محله مؤثرتر می‌باشد.</p> <p>Historical fabrics of cities are precious heritages that play a significant role in making identity for urban life throughout history. This part of the city is the manifestation of cultural, economic as well as social dimensions of the people who have lived in this part of the city during historical periods and established its cultural identity. Currently these historical fabrics - especially in cities with historical antiquitythat were once lively, attractive, and of high quality &ndash; are suffering from declined urban, economic, and cultural life due to various reasons and accordingly, they have lost their past attractiveness and quality. The present study aimed at improving the current situation of the area of Haji neighborhood in Hamadan and attempted to suggest some strategies regarding its regeneration. Date collection was performed via documentary &ndash; library method, interviews, and field studies. By determining the position of the studied area in SWOT matrix, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were identified. Then, using IE (Internal &ndash; External) matrix, acceptable strategies for the studied area were identified. Further, with the help of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), prioritizing the strategies offered in the previous stage was performed.
