fa ارایه‌ی‌ الگوی روش تحقیق ترکیبی در شهرسازی تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <p>روش تحقیق ترکیبی در دهه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی 1960میلادی در علوم اجتماعی آغاز شده است، اما استفاده از این روش در مطالعات شهری و شهرسازی بسیار نوپا بوده و به دهه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی 1990 میلادی برمی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گردد. به نظر می&shy;رسد استفاده از تک<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>روش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های کمی یا کیفی در تحقیق<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مختلف، نتایج کامل و همه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>جانبه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای را لحاظ نکرده و نوعی نگرش تک<span dir="LTR">‌</span>بعدی و تک<span dir="LTR">‌</span>روی در تحقیق را دنبال نموده و تمام جوانب و مسایل تجزیه و تحلیل<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اجتماعی و شهرسازی را بیان نمی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کند.<span dir="RTL"> این پژوهش با نگاهی نوین و خلاقانه به روش ترکیبی، سیر تاریخی، بنیان</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های فلسفی و پارادایمی روش تحقیق، تعاریف و کاربرد روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های تحقیق مختلف را بیان می</span>‌<span dir="RTL">نماید و سپس ضمن ارایه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ی انواع طرح</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های ترکیبی به بررسی نمونه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های موردی انجام شده در مسایل گوناگون اجتماعی و شهرسازی با استفاده از انواع روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های تحقیق ترکیبی (روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های تحقیق کمی و کیفی)، در </span><span dir="RTL">موضوعات مختلف</span><span dir="RTL"> توسعه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ی منابع انسانی</span><span dir="RTL">، فضاهای باز شهری، الگوی جدید مسکن و طراحی محله، فن</span>‌<span dir="RTL">آوری محیطی، مسکن عمومی و</span><span dir="RTL">کشف سرمایه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ی اجتماعی شهر و منطقه می</span>‌<span dir="RTL">پردازد.</span> <span dir="RTL">هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی انواع روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های </span><span dir="RTL">تحقیق </span><span dir="RTL">ترکیبی و شناسایی انواع معیارهای&shy;نهفته در روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های</span> <span dir="RTL">تحقیق </span><span dir="RTL">کمی،</span> <span dir="RTL">کیفی و ترکیبی است که بر تعاملات اجتماعی و مسایل شهرسازی تاثیرگذار است.</span><span dir="RTL"> پرسش&shy;نامه&shy;ای از صاحب&shy;نظران کارشناسی</span> <span dir="RTL">&shy;ارشد</span> <span dir="RTL">و دکتری در رشته&shy;ها و</span> <span dir="RTL">حرفه&shy;های مرتبط </span>&shy;<span dir="RTL">شهرسازی</span> <span dir="RTL">تهیه گردید</span><span dir="RTL">. نتایج <u>آزمون </u></span><em><u>t</u></em><span dir="RTL"> برای تمامی تحلیل&shy;ها نشان می&shy;دهد که روش ترکیبی، سطح&shy; انتظارات بالاتری را در پاسخ&shy;گویی به نیازها و توقعات&shy;برنامه و طرح &shy;اجتماعی و یا شهرسازی برآورده &shy;ساخته و همچنین در ارتقای &shy;طرح&shy;ها نقش&shy; مؤثرتری را دارند.</span> <span dir="RTL">در نهایت با خلاصه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">سازی روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های </span><span dir="RTL">تحقیق ترکیبی و استفاده از</span><span dir="RTL"> نمودار جریان&shy;داده&shy;ها و </span><span dir="RTL">فرا استنباط به ارایه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ی الگوی کاربردی</span><span dir="RTL"> روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های </span><span dir="RTL">تحقیق ترکیبی در مطالعات اجتماعی و شهرسازی پرداخته و به تحلیل شبکه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های اجتماعی و شهری دست می</span>‌<span dir="RTL">زند که </span><span dir="RTL">در آن </span><span dir="RTL">یافته</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ها و اهداف تحقیق </span><span dir="RTL">لحاظ شده،</span><span dir="RTL"> و سبب پیشرفت و توسعه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">ی تحقیق در زمینه</span>‌<span dir="RTL">های مورد بررسی شده و اعتبارسنجی می</span> <span dir="RTL">گردد.</span><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p> <p>Combined methodology started in the 1960s in social sciences, but the use of this method in urban studies and urbanism was very new and dates back to the 1990s. It seems that the use of quantitative or qualitative methods in different research does not consider complete and comprehensive results, follows a one-dimensional and one-way approach attitude in research and does not state all aspects and problems of social and urbanism analyses.</p> <p>This study with a new and innovative look on mixed methodology states historical development, philosophical foundations, methodology paradigm, definitions and the use of different methodologies and then in addition to providing a variety of mixed plans investigates case studies conducted on various social and urbanism problems using a variety of mixed methodologies (qualitative and quantitative methodologies), on various topics of human resource development, urban open spaces, a new model of housing and neighbor design, environmental technology, public housing, and discover social capital of the city and region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate a variety of mixed methodologies and identify a variety of hidden criteria in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methodologies that affect social interactions and urbanism problems. A questionnaire was prepared with the help of MA and PhD experts&#39; opinion in the fields and professions related to urbanism. T-test results of all analyses show that mixed methodology meets a higher level of expectations in response to the needs and expectations of social and/ or urbanism plans as well as it plays a more effective role in promoting the plans.
