fa تأثیر امنیت بر اجتماع پذیری فضاهای باز مجتمع های مسکونی در منطقه 2 شهر ایلام Effect of Security on Social Responsibility of Open Spaces in Residential Complexes: A Case Study of District No.2 of Ilam City تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research زندگی آپارتمان نشینی در قرن حاضر به یک مسئله اجتنابناپذیر تبدیل شده است. ساکنان این فضاها به دلیل مساحت کم واحدهای مسکونی خود، نیاز به استفاده از فضای باز را بیشتر حس میکنند. در این فضاها توجه به مراجعهی افراد و استفاده از آن ضرورت توجه به عوامل اجتماعی را پررنگتر مینماید. ایجاد عوامل موثر بر اجتماعپذیری در طراحی این فضاها باعث افزایش مراجعهی افراد میگردد. امنیت یکی از عواملی است که بر حضور یافتن و ماندن افراد در یک مکان موثر است. با توجه به اینکه در شهر ایلام سرانه فضای باز عمومی کم میباشد و افزایش این سرانه در داخل شهر امکانپذیر نیست زیرا در طرح تفصیلی این شهر فضایباز عمومی در نظر گرفته نشده، بنابراین افزایش سرانهی فضای باز نیمه عمومی و خصوصی از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار میباشد. نگارندگان با استفاده از مطالعه ی اسناد و مدارک کتابخانهای و روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی، به طرح و توزیع پرسشنامه 18 سوالی، بصورت تصادفی در بین 150 نفر از ساکنان مسکن مهر 900 واحدی مشاغل آزاد، در محلهی جانبازان شهر ایلام، با هدف بررسی تاثیر عوامل موثر بر اجتماعپذیری در فضای باز مجتمعهای مسکونی پرداخته و نتایج حاصل از تحلیل پرسشنامه توسط نرم افزارهای"اس.پی.اس.اس" و آموس نشان میدهد که با افزایش امنیت در فضای باز مجتمعهای مسکونی، امکان حضور ساکنین در آن بیشتر شده و در نتیجه اجتماعپذیری افزایش مییابد. عوامل کالبدی افزایش امنیت نظیر محصوریت، عدم حضور افراد غیرساکن، کفسازی و مبلمان مناسب، نورپردازی مناسب شبانه. Living in apartments has turned into an inevitable way of life in the current century. The inhabitants of these small dwelling places feel the need to have access to open spaces. In such spaces care must be given to social factors since they are places where people visit each other. Taking factors that affect social responsibility while planning those spaces, would lead to the presence of more people in those areas. Security is a factor that influences people's presence and stay in a place. Since in the city of Ilam public open space per capita is little and increasing this space inside the city is not possible due to negligence about public open space in this city's detailed plan, increasing semi-public and private open space per capita is highly important. The authors of this article tried to find out what factors affected social responsibility in open spaces in residential complexes through the study of library documents and application of a descriptive survey by preparing an 18 item questionnaire and distributing it among the inhabitants of a "The Self-employed" residential complex in Janbazan neighborhood which consists of 900 apartments. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The analysis showed that increasing thermal comfort of open spaces in residential complexes, will lead to the presence of more inhabitants in those spaces and thus social responsibility would increase.
