fa ارزیابی نگرش ساکنان نسبت به کیفیت محیط شهری (نمونه موردی: محله یافت‌آباد تهران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <p dir="RTL">محیط شهری مکانی است که فرد و یا به عبارت بهتر شهروندان در آن زندگی کرده، کار می‌کنند و در آن به استراحت و فراغت می‌پردازند؛ اما برای اینکه یک محیط شهری بتواند ضامن حیات سالم اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی مردم باشد نیازمند کیفیت مناسب و شایسته شهروندان خود می‌باشد. دراین‌ بین برای دستیابی به کیفیت مطلوب محیطی نظرسنجی و مشارکت دادن مردم در برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهری گامی اساسی می‌باشد. ازآنجاکه ارتقاء کیفیت محیط شهری یکی از ملزومات ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی شهری محسوب می‌گردد. این تحقیق برآنست تا با بررسی شاخص‌های مرتبط باکیفیت محیط شهری از منظر دید شهروندان محله یافت‌آباد شهر تهران، به شناسایی ابعاد آن به پردازد. این تحقیق به لحاظ روش از نوع پیمایشی مبتنی بر استفاده از پرسشنامه می‌باشد. تعداد جامعه نمونه 250 نفر است. به‌منظور تحلیل و استنتاج، بسته به نوع داده، مقیاس متغیرها و اهداف موردنظر از روش آماری توصیفی نظیر میانگین، روش‌های تحلیل آماری نظیر همبستگی و برای درک شکاف بین وضع موجود و ایده آلات از دید جامعه نمونه از روش‌های آماری نا پارامتری نظیر آزمون ویلکاکسون استفاده‌شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL">نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت کیفیت محیط شهری در منطقه موردمطالعه در اکثر شاخص‌های بررسی‌شده با وضعیت مطلوب از دید ساکنین فاصله زیادی دارد و تنها در برخی شاخص‌ها نظیر فضای سبز، حمل‌ونقل، بهداشت و درمان در حد مطلوب ارزیابی‌شده است.</p> <p>Urban environment from various interpretations of urban space and urban landscape has been known as something more than t physical and built urban environment. In other words, interactions and social relationships, emotional connections is part of the environment. The main purpose of planning and urban design is to achieve the quality of housing, transport quality, quality of spaces and the quality of the living environment. This study was a questionnaire-based survey methods. To understand the theoretical aspects of the study and other studies in this area in accordance with the parameters extracted from and in the form of questionnaires were given to residents of the two neighborhoods. Therefore, the total number of 250 persons were selected. Fabrics showed that the majority of urban residential neighborhood was developed in the old style is striking, especially the municipalities to improve municipal management and modernization of the area is unstable contexts.</p> <p>Today, living in urban areas is largely dependent on environmental indicators, if these indicators are in good condition with the consent of residents the most important environmental indicators, including the quality of air and water, infrastructure, facilities and road network, green spaces, shopping centers and health care is needed.
