fa تعیین محدوده مجموعه شهری کلانشهری با استفاده از قاعده رتبه- اندازه (نمونه مورد مطالعه، شهر اراک) تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <p dir="RTL">شبکه شهری مجموعه شهرها را در فضای جغرافیایی خاص جای میدهد و مجموعه شهری را میتوان بعنوان یک اصطلاح نو درمطالعات کلان شهرها بررسی نمود.</p> <p dir="RTL">مجموعه شهری، پهنه‌ای جغرافیایی است متشکل از شهر مرکزی و مراکز جمعیتی، تولیدی، خدماتی پیرامون آن، که در تعامل محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فضائی با یکدیگر قرار دارند و نظام واحدی از سکونت و فعالیت و خدمات را در حال و آینده تشکیل می‌دهند. برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت این مجموعه در قالب سازمان واحد فضائی و یکپارچه‌ای انجام می‌گیرد. محدوده مجموعه های شهری، ‌به‌عنوان محدوده همبسته فضایی و عملکردی، دارای الگوی منظم تعامل‌های جمعیتی و فعالیتی هستند.</p> <p dir="RTL">شهر اراک از سال 9<span dir="LTR"> 138</span>با تصویب شورای عالی شهرسازی و معماری کشور به مجموعه کلان شهرهای ایران پیوست دراین پژوهش محقق با بیان استانداردها و شاخص های کلان شهری در ایران با استفاده از مدل های رتبه اندازه، به این نتیجه می رسد،که این شهر دارای ظرفیت تشکیل مجموعه شهری را با نتایج بدست آمده با شهرهای شازند، توره، مهاجران، جاورسیان، داوودآباد و کارچان&nbsp; با شعاع عملکرد حداکثر 45 کیلومتری را دارد. همچنین بررسی‌ها نشان داد، شهر ساوه با داشتن حداقل جمعیت لازم برای شهر مرکزی و فاصله کم با شهرهای پیرامون خود، ارتباط و پیوند مستقیمی را به وجود می‌آورد؛ بنابراین می‌توان برای این ناحیه از استان نیز یک مجموعه شهری تعیین کرد. جهت افزایش توان این مجموعه های شهری می توان با محاسبه ضریب اشتغال در بخش صنعت و خدمات با شعاع عملکردی معینی، نیاز به سرمایه گذاری در بخشهای یاد شده از جمله ضرورت ها است<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p>The urban areas put the cities in special geographical spaces and research about these urban areas and definition of its boundary is a new field for urban studies. The metropolitan areas has included central city and population and production centers and other services that they put with another in environmental, economic, social and special contacts and they make an unique system of residence and action for now and future. The management of this areas has been ended by an unique and well system. The metropolitan area as an operational and correlative area has a regular pattern for social and population relations. The Arak city joined many huge sections and boundaries to itself from 1389 year by sanction of high council of urban planning and architecture. In this study, the researcher by presentation of standards and metroploitan patterns in Iran and by help of rank-size rule find out that this city has the capacity for urban concentration with comparison to Shazand, Toure, Mohajeran, Javersian, Davoud Abad and Karchan at the radius of 45 km. Also, Saveh City based on the research has the minimum population that it makes the relations with the other cities for central city week and by short distance with the other cities.
