fa تحلیل سازمان فضایی و سطح‌بندی نظام شهری استان کردستان و ارائه الگوی توسعه نظام شهری تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نابسامانی در سازمان</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">فضایی کشورهای جهان سوم که در اثر عوامل گوناگون تحت تأثیر مکانیسم‌های حاکم بر ساختارهای اقتصادی </span></span><span style="font-family:sakkal majalla;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اجتماعی و سیاسی پدید آمده است، موجب گسستگی روابط بین شهرها شده و عدم تعادل‌های منطقه‌ای را به وجود آورده است. یکی از مشکلات اساسی توسعه فضایی و منطقه‌ای در استان کردستان، گسیختگی سازمان فضایی و عدم سلسله‌مراتب مبتنی بر رابطه تعاملی میان سکونتگاه‌ها است. سازمان فضای استان کردستان نیز از این قاعده مستثنا نیست؛ بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر به تحلیل و ارزیابی سازمان فضایی استان کردستان و تغییرات صورت گرفته طی 7 دوره سرشماری (1390- 1335) کشور می‌پردازد. دراین&shy;راستا تعیین و تشکیل سلسله مراتبی از سکونتگاه‌ها که بتواند چارچوب مؤثری برای توزیع جمعیت، فعالیت‌ها، خدمات و کارکردها در سطوح مختلف باشد ضروری است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tte1703b50t00;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> هدف از این تحقیق، مطالعه سازمان فضایی، نظام شهری، نحوه توزیع جمعیت در</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پهنه سرزمین است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش بنا بر ماهیت موضوع از دو روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به‌صورت توأمان استفاده‌شده است.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش تحلیلی که هدف از آن دستیابی به میزان تعادل فضایی هر ناحیه با استفاده از شاخص‌ها و مدل‌های موجود (مدل&shy;های ‌رشد، اندازه و ساختار فضایی شهر، قانون رتبه- اندازه، شاخص‌های نخست شهری، ضریب آنتروپی، شاخص عدم تمرکز هندرسون، منحنی لورنز و ضریب جینی، تحلیل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SWOT</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و...) است. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نظام</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شهری و سازمان فضایی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">استان کردستان فاقد تعادل فضایی است</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> که </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با ایجاد تعادل در توزیع امکانات و خدمات و فرصت‌های مناسب برای شهرهای استان در مراتب مختلف می‌توان به توسعه متعادل و پایدار و سازمان فضایی بهینه دست ‌یافت</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tte1703b50t00;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span></p> <p>Irregularity of spatial organization in developing countries (third world) has been arisen from socioeconomic and political structures. The resonance of aforementioned mechanism have been created issues such as regional imbalances. Rupture of the spatial organization and lack of non-hierarchy based relationship between the settlements are one of the main problem in the spatial and regional development of Kurdistan province. On this basis, the present study aims to analysis the spatial organization of Kurdistan province and its changes during the seven census period (1335-1390). In this context, the determination and establishment of a hierarchy of human settlement is an essential and effective base for population distribution, activities, services and functions at different level of spatial development. The main purpose of this research is an investigation upon urban systems, spatial organization and distribution of human population in the study area. The research method is based on the nature of the subject which is combined of analytical and descriptive method. Along to the analytical approach of methodology that has been used in this research in order to gain to spatial equilibrium variety of models and index including: growth, size and spatial structure of city, the rank-size rule, urban primary index, entropy coefficient, Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve SWOT analysis and etc. were used. The result indicates that there is a remarkable spatial imbalance in spatial organization and urban systems in Kurdistan province.
