fa سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی ساکنان از کیفیت سکونتی مسکن مهر در شهر همدان تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پروژه مسکن مهر، مهم‌ترین سیاست دولت نهم و دهم درزمینه مسکن برای اقشار کم‌درآمد است که به علت هزینه‌های زیاد طرح و تازه بودن آن نیاز به بررسی نتایج حاصل از این تجربه احساس می‌شود. ازاین‌رو هدف اصلی این تحقیق سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی ساکنان از کیفیت محیط سکونتی در دو بخش کلان (محیط شهری) و خرد (محیط مسکونی) مسکن مهر مشاغل آزادشهر همدان است. روش این تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مطالعات اسنادی و پیمایشی از طریق توزیع 214 عدد پرسشنامه است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">spss21</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">انجام شد. نتایج تحلیلی تحقیق حاکی از آن است که رضایت از مجتمع‌های مسکونی بالاتر از میانگین و در سطح متوسط، رضایت از واحدهای مسکونی بالاتر از میانگین و در سطح تقریباً متوسط قرار دارد؛ اما مردم از کیفیت خدمات و تسهیلات فضای باز محیط سکونتی و دسترسی و نزدیکی به مراکز شهری و حمل‌ونقل محیط شهری تقریباً ناراضی هستند. درمجموع ساکنان محدوده موردمطالعه، از کیفیت محیط مسکونی (واحد مسکونی، مجتمع مسکونی، فضای باز) و کیفیت محیط شهری (دسترسی و حمل‌ونقل عمومی) رضایت کافی ندارند. از طرفی بین سن و جنس با رضایتمندی مسکن مهر رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد اما بین درآمد و رضایت‌مندی پاسخگویان از مسکن مهر رابطه متوسط و از نوع شدت مثبت وجود دارد امنیت محیط مسکونی و عوامل اقتصادی بالاترین و تعداد اتاق‌ها پایین‌ترین اهمیت را از دید ساکنان داشتند.</span></span> The Mehr Housing Project is the most important policy of the ninth and tenth government in housing for low-income people, which, due to the high cost of its design, needs to be examined for the results of this experience. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to measure the residents&#39; satisfaction with the quality of the residential environment in the two macro sections (urban environment) and the wisdom (residential environment) of the Mehr occupation of Azadshahr in Hamadan. The method of this descriptive-analytical study and the data gathering tool include documentary and survey studies through the distribution of 214 questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using spss21 software. The analytical results of the research indicate that satisfaction of residential complexes is higher than the average and at the average level, satisfaction of residential units is higher than the average and at a moderate level; however, people are of the quality of services and facilities of the open space environment and accessibility and proximity Urban and urban centers are almost unhappy. In general, residents of the study area are not satisfied with the quality of the residential environment (residential units, residential complexes, open spaces) and the quality of urban environment (access and public transportation). On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between age and sex with the satisfaction of Mehr housing. But between income and satisfaction of respondents from Mehr housing, there is a moderate and positive relationship.
