fa سنجش و تحلیل برخی مؤلفه‌های فرهنگی توسعه در شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های ترکیبی تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصه تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در عصر حاضر شاخص‌های فرهنگی به‌عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین ارکان توسعه جوامع مطرح می‌باشند که</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ضمن برخورداری از</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جایگاه</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ویژه در</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برنامه‌ریزی</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ملی، بستر رشد اقتصادی و توسعه سرزمینی را نیز مهیا می‌سازند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عنایت</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اهمیت</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بنیادین فرهنگ</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نقش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آن</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به‌عنوان</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">کلیدی‌ترین</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عنصر تحولات</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اجتماعی در</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جهان امروزی، این پژوهش درصدد است تا جهت تبیین کمی توسعه فرهنگی در شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر، 24 مؤلفه اساسی فرهنگی را مورداستفاده و بررسی قرار دهد. این مطالعه با تکیه‌بر منابع اسنادی و بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Spss</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و مدل‌های تاپسیس، وایکور و ساو، سعی دارد با روشی توصیفی-تحلیلی، داده‌های موجود را مورد ارزیابی و تحلیل قرار دهد. یافته‌های پ&zwj;ژوهش حاکی از آن است که در برخورداری از امکانات و زیرساخت‌های فرهنگی، شکاف عمیقی بین شهرستان‌های استان بوشهر وجود دارد. به‌طوری‌که از یک‌سو شهرستان‌های </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بوشهر</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و دشتستان ازنظر برخورداری فاصله زیادی با سایر شهرستان‌ها داشته و در سطح بالایی از توسعه قرارگرفته‌اند و از سوی دیگر شهرستان‌های جم و دیلم در زمره مناطق محروم از توسعه جای گرفته‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد دستیابی به توسعه فرهنگی مطلوب در مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته، محروم و بسیار محروم، مستلزم توجه خاص به شرایط طبیعی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مناطق، بازنگری در وضعیت موجود و برنامه‌ریزی فضایی جهت افزایش کمی و کیفی منابع در شهرستان‌های استان است. چراکه آمایش فرهنگی جز در سایه تمرکززدایی، به‌کارگیری ظرفیت‌های جدید، سیاست‌گذاری‌های نوین فرهنگی- اجتماعی و اتخاذ راهبرد عدالت اجتماعی در تخصیص هدفمند خدمات میسر نخواهد گردید.</span></span> In the present era, cultural indicators are considered as one of the main pillars of the development of societies, which, while enjoying a special status in national planning, provide a platform for economic growth and territorial development. Considering the fundamental importance of culture and its role as the most important element of social transformation in today&#39;s world, this research seeks to use 24 key cultural components for explaining the cultural development in the cities of Bushehr province. This study, using document sources and utilizing Spss software and Topsis, Vikour and Saw models, attempts to analyze and analyze existing data using a descriptive-analytical method. Findings of the research indicate that there is a deep divide between the cities of Bushehr province in the presence of cultural infrastructure and facilities. On the other hand, the cities of Bushehr and Dashtestan have a long distance from other cities and have a high level of development, and on the other hand Jam and Dailam are among the deprived areas. The results show that achieving the desired cultural development in less developed, deprived and deprived areas requires special attention to the natural, social and cultural conditions of the regions, reviewing the existing situation and spatial planning in order to increase the quantity and quality of resources in the cities of the province.
