fa بررسی مطلوبیت فضایی خانه های سنتی بر اساس مؤلفه های راندمان عملکردی (مطالعه موردی: خانه‌های دوره قاجار در شهر یزد) تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">خانه&shy;های سنتی ایران نمونه&shy;ای از مسکن بومی است که دارای خصوصیات کالبدی و عملکردی متفاوتی است. توده و فضا در این خانه‌ها به&nbsp; دلایل گوناگونی شکل می&shy;گرفته است ، که از این میان&nbsp; می&shy;توان به&shy;، اقلیم و اب و هوا، مناسبات فرهنگی، ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و .. اشاره کرد. عوامل دیگری نیز در شکل&shy;گیری گونه‌های مختلف این مسکن بومی نیز دخالت داشته است چرا که شکل‌گیری ساختاری و فضایی این نوع مسکن علاوه بر اقلیم می&shy;تواند متاثر از ویژگی‌های عملکردی باشد و این موضوع می&shy;تواند تاثیر بسزایی در کیفیت عملکردی و کارکردی &nbsp;این خانه‌ها داشته باشد. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی راندمان عملکردی و نقش حیاط در خانه‌های سنتی و بررسی ان در این خانه&shy;ها می&shy;باشد . در این خصوص منظور از راندمان عملکردی مطلوب فضا، یکپارچگی فضایی،سیرکولاسیون حرکتی،نفوذ&shy;پذیری و انعطاف&shy;پذیری فضایی در خانه‌ها تعریف شده است. برای دستیابی به این منظور که تعداد حیاط چه تاثیری در این مطلوبیت فضایی دارد ،ابتدا نمونه&shy;های موردی در شهر یزد بر اساس تعداد حیاط (1حیاطه،2حیاطه،چندحیاطه) انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده برای تجزیه و تحلیل خانه‌ها نحو فضا است که در ان با استفاده از نمودارهای توجیهی به تجزیه و تحلیل روابط فضایی خانه پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد که خانه‌های یک حیاطه با حیاط مرکزی که اطراف ان را توده و فضا تشکیل داده است بنا به دلایلی ، از میزان نفوذپذیری بیشتری (وجود عمق نسبی کمتر نسب به نمونه‌های دو حیاطه و چند حیاطه) برخوردار است و همچنین انعطاف پذیری و اتصال فضایی بالاتری نسبت به سایر نمونه‌های دیگر را داراست. و همچنین به دلیل دسترسی مناسب&shy;تر فضاها و ارتباط موثر‌تر این فضاها در خانه‌های یک حیاطه نشان می&shy;دهد که این خانه‌ها در مقایسه با سایر نمونه‌ها&nbsp; از مطلوبیت فضایی بیشتری برخوردار می&shy;باشند.</span></span></span> Iranian traditional houses are an example of native housing that has different key characteristics and functionalities. Mass and space in these homes have been shaped for a variety of reasons, including climate, cultural relations, social features, and so on. Other factors also contributed to the formation of different species of this indigenous housing, because the structural and spatial formation of this type of housing in addition to the climate can be affected by functional characteristics, and this can have a significant effect on the functional and functional quality of this have homes. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the performance and the role of the courtyard in traditional homes and examine them in these houses. In this regard, optimal space efficiency, spatial integrity, motor circulation, permeability and spatial flexibility in homes are defined. In order to determine the effect of the number of the yard on this spatial desirability, first Yazd case samples were selected based on the number of yards (1 domain, two domains, and several domains). The tool used to analyze homes is the space syntax, which uses spatial graphs to analyze the spatial relationships of the house. The results show that houses with a central courtyard that forms mass and space around it has more permeability (less relative depths than two domains and several domains) and also flexibility And has a higher spatial connection than other examples.
