fa عوامل کالبدی مؤثر بر بهینه‌سازی فضای کاری برای زنان تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;">بهینه&shy;سازی فضاهای کاری مناسب زنان، موضوع مهمی است که باید در مطالعه زندگی زنان مورد توجه قرار گیرد. فضاهای کاری بدلیل ساختار کالبدی و کارکرد اجتماعی&shy;شان یکی از مهم&shy;ترین مسایل، در جهت تقویت جامعه به شمار می&shy;آیند. حضور زنان در جامعه و در فضاهای کاری و مشارکت آن&shy;ها در امور اجتماعی متضمن ایجاد جامعه&shy;ای توسعه یافته است.</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین نقش عوامل فضایی کالبدی و دستیابی به راهکارهای طراحی معماری در راستای بهینه&shy;سازی فضای کاری برای زنان بوده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده، روش جمع&shy;&shy;آوری</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> اطلاعات، کتابخانه&shy;ای و پیمایشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">265 </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نفر از زنان شاغل در ادارات دولتی استان گلستان در شمال ایران بوده است. به منظور آزمون فرضیات مطرح شده در این پژوهش، از آزمون </span><span dir="LTR">T</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> تک نمونه&shy;ای</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> در محیط نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Spss</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> استفاده شده است. یافته&shy;های پژوهش نشان&shy;دهنده آن بود که عواملی از قبیل وجود حریم شخصی و قلمرو، امنیت </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">و آراستگی، زیبایی و نظم فضا از مهم ترین عوامل موثر کالبدی و فضایی در بهینه&shy;سازی فضای کاری زنان می&shy;باشند.</span><br> <br> &nbsp; Optimizing suitable work spaces for women is an important issue that should be considered in the study of women&#39;s lives. Due to their physical structure and their social function, workspaces are one of the most important issues for strengthening society. The presence of women in society and in the workplaces and their participation in social affairs involves the creation of a developed society. The optimization verb, which is a stronger word than improvement, is to achieve optimization and optimize the operation. Therefore, the theory of optimization involves a few studies of optimizations and how to find them. This research aims to determine the role of physical space agents and the achievement of architectural design solutions in order to optimize the work space for women. The research method in this research is descriptive-analytic, data collecting method, library and survey using questionnaire. The population of the study consisted of 265 women employed in government departments of Golestan province in northern Iran, using the Cochran formula. In order to test the hypotheses presented in this research, a single-sample T test was used in the SPSS software environment.
