fa تحلیل تطبیقی و سنجش ساخت و شکل شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر بابل) تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شکل شهری بیانگر نحوه توزیع فضایی فعالیت&shy;ها در مناطق شهری می&shy;باشد. با توجه به تأثیرپذیری شکل شهری از مسائل مدیریتی و خصوصیات محیطی&shy;، اقتصادی و اجتماعی جوامع&shy;، سنجش ساخت و شکل شهر بابل می&shy;تواند یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار در موفقیت برنامه&shy;ریزان شهری در مازندران و شهر بابل محسوب شود. </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">رویکرد پژوهش به لحاظ هدف پژوهش توسعه&shy;ای می&shy;باشد. داده&shy;های پایه اغلب از طرح&shy;های توسعه شهری بابل استخراج شدند. </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحلیل داده&shy;ها با استفاده از شاخص&shy;های مختلف، شکل شهری در شش منطقه شهر بابل انجام شد. تحلیل&shy;ها نشان داد که در مناطق با الگوی کاربری منظم&shy;تر (مناطق&shy; شمال&shy;و غرب) فشردگی و تراکم ناخالص شهری بیشتر است و اختلاف بارزی از حیث شاخصهای سنجش شکل شهری بخصوص فشردگی و پیچیدگی بین مناطق شهری بابل مشاهده نشد. تحلیل&shy;های همبستگی نیز را بطه قوی را میان بیشتر شاخص&shy;های فضایی نشان می&shy;دهد. در مجموع عواملی نظیر نقش غالب شهری (&shy;تجاری و دانشگاهی و بخصوص بازار&shy;)، ترکیب کاربریها، مالکیت&shy;، عدم اجرای دقیق ضوابط و آئین نامه&shy;های شهرسازی&shy;، ناکارآمدی طرح&shy;&shy;های توسعه شهری در حوزه کالبدی سبب ایجاد نوعی آشفتگی در بخش اعظم بافت شهری بابل شده شده&shy;اند و با توجه به روند پرشتابی که توسط ساخت و سازهای بی رویه&shy;ی عمودی و تقاضای روزافزون تراکم مازاد در پیش گرفته شد&shy;، نشانه&shy;ای&shy;هایی از انحراف در ماهیت اصلی فرم جدید آنها دیده می&shy;شود.</span></span></span> The urban form represents the spatial distribution of activities in urban areas. Considering the impact of urban design on management issues and environmental, economic and social characteristics of communities, measuring the construction and form of the city of Babol can be one of the factors influencing the success of urban planners in urban areas of Mazandaran province and Babol city. The research approach in this research is development research. Data analysis was performed using various indicators, urban form in six areas of Babol city. The analysis showed that in areas with more regular use patterns (north and west), density and urban gross densities are higher and there is no significant difference in terms of indicators of urban form, especially compression and complexity between Babol urban areas. Correlation analyzes show a strong relationship between most of the spatial indices. In general, factors such as the primary role of the city (commercial and academic, and especially the market), land use pattern, ownership, lack of strict implementation of urban planning rules and regulations, the ineffectiveness of urban development plans, have caused a disturbance in most of the urban fabric of Babol and due to the accelerated trend taken by uncontrolled vertical construction and the ever-increasing demand for excessive compression, there are signs of deviation in the new form. بلوک شهری , شکل شهری, فشردگی, نسبت فضای باز, شهر بابل.
