fa سنجش میزان برخورداری مناطق شهری اهواز از شاخص‌های شهر خلاق تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شهرها و منطقه&shy;های خلاق رشد اقتصاد کشور را باعث می&shy;شوند</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. شهرهای خلّاق بـه عنوان مراکـز نوآوری، خلّاقیت و تبدیل ایده به ثروت، قلمداد می&shy;گردند. حرکت به سمت ایجاد و تحقق شهر خلاق به دلایل جایگاه شهر به&shy;عنوان محل شکل&shy;گیری بسترهای جامعه دانایی&shy;محور، اهمیت و محور بودن شهرها در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی امر بسیار مهم و ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف رتبه&shy;بندی مناطق شهر اهواز به لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص&shy;های شهر خلاق انجام شده است، روش بررسی مبتنی بر رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده، به&shy;منظور جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها از نظرات کارشناسان با استفاده از پرسشنامه و همچنین آمارنامه شهر اهواز استفاده شد. جهت سنجش متغیرهای شهر خلاق از مدل تصمیم&shy;گیری واسپاس و جهت وزن&shy;دهی به شاخص&shy;ها از روش آنتروپی شانون استفاده شد. در پژوهش حاضر مناطق شهری اهواز بر اساس 14 معیار از شاخص&shy;های شهر خلاق سطح&shy;بندی شده&shy;اند. نتایج حاکی از آن است میزان برخورداری مناطق شهری اهواز از لحاظ شاخص&shy;های شهر خلاق متفاوت است و شکاف بسیاری بین مناطق وجود دارد. بهترین وضعیت از لحاظ شاخص&shy;های شهر خلاق بر اساس الگوی واسپاس را منطقه یک با وزن 416/0 دارد، به&shy;عبارتی در منطقه یک که معیارها در سطح بالا هستند، زمینۀ تحقق شهر خلاق به مراتب بالاتر است. در مقابل کمترین میزان برخورداری مربوط به منطقه هشت با وزن 224/0 است. بنابراین مناطق هشت&shy;گانه شهر اهواز به لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص&shy;های شهر خلاق از وضعیت یکسانی برخوردار نیستند.</span></span> Cities and creative regions are driving the country&#39;s economy. Creative cities are respected as the center of innovation, creativity, and transformation of ideas into wealth. Moving towards the creation and realization of a creative city is very important for reasons of the location of the city as a place of formation of knowledge-based communities, the importance and focus of cities in economic and social development is essential. This research is aimed at ranking the cities of Ahwaz in terms of having indicators of the creative city. The survey method is based on a descriptive-analytical approach. To collect data, experts&#39; opinions were used using the questionnaire as well as the statistics of Ahvaz city. To measure the variables of the creative city, the decision making WASPAS model and weighting to indicators were used by the Shannon entropy method. In this research, urban areas of Ahwaz are ranked according to 14 indicators of the city&#39;s creative indicators. The results indicate that the level of accessibility of Ahwaz urban areas varies in terms of indicators of the city and there is a great gap between the regions. The best position in terms of indicators of a creative city based on the WASPAS model is the one with a weight of 0.416, which is a higher-than-high-level one in the area of ​​the first one, the criteria for which is high. In contrast, the lowest level of coverage is about 0.224.
