fa بررسی تأثیرات مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی و محیط نهادی بر توسعه کارآفرینی تخصصي Special پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مقاله با</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف بررسی و شناخت نقش عوامل اجتماعی و محیط نهادی بر توسعه کارآفرینی در شهرستان فسا تدوین گردیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه افرادی هستند که ظرف 5 سال گذشته در شهرستان فسا در بخش کشاورزی کسب‌وکار جدیدی را ایجاد نموده‌اند. چارچوب نظری تحقیق نظریات رابرت پوتنام، فرانسیس فوکویاما در باب شبکه‌های اجتماعی و نظریه پیوندهای قوی ضعیف مارک گرانووتر و نظریات داگلاس نورث است. همچنین از دیدگاه‌های دیده&shy;بان جهانی کارآفرینی </span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">(</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">GEM</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">)</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> به‌عنوان مبنای نظری برای متغیر وابسته (توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی) بهره گرفته‌شده است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 288 نفر که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب گردیده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بوده و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">AMOS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده‌شده است. اجرای آزمون رگرسیون بین متغیرها نشان داد، متغیر</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اعتماد اجتماعی (15/.)، پیوند اجتماعی (19./.)، مشارکت اجتماعی (11/.)، حمایت اجتماعی (19/.)، کیفیت قوانین و حقوق مالکیت (19/.)، ثبات سیاسی دولت (20%) و کیفیت خدمات عمومی (64%) بر توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی مؤثر می&shy;باشند. همچنین آزمون همبستگی پیرسون وجود رابطه بین متغیرهای مستقل فوق و متغیر وابسته توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی در سطح 99 درصد را تائید می‌نماید. رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد مؤلفه‌های اجتماعی قادر به ‌پیش‌بینی (29%) درصد و مؤلفه محیط نهادی (28%) از تغییرات کارآفرینی کشاورزی می‌باشند. در بین متغیرهای اجتماعی بیشترین تأثیر متعلق به متغیر حمایت اجتماعی و در بین متغیرهای محیط نهادی، متغیر ثبات سیاسی بیشترین توان پیش‌بینی تغییرات متغیر توسعه کشاورزی را دارا می‌باشد.</span></span> This article aims to investigate the role of social and institutional factors on agricultural entrepreneurship development in Fasa city. The statistical population of the study is all those who have started a new business in the agricultural sector of Fasa in the last 5 years. The theoretical framework of Robert Putnam&#39;s theories of research is Francis Fukuyama on social networks and Mark Granowert&#39;s weak link theory and Douglas North&#39;s theories. Agriculture) has been exploited. The sample size was 288 people were selected using Cochran formula by systematic random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. Social trust (0.15), Social bond (0.19), Social participation (0.11), Social support (0.19), Quality of laws and ownership (0.19), Political stability (0.20) and the quality of public services (64%) are effective in the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. The Pearson correlation test also confirmed the relationship between the above independent variables and the dependent variable of agricultural entrepreneurship development at 99% level. Changes in entrepreneurship are agricultural.
