One of the Strategies for Crime Prevention is "Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design" (CPTED) which was presented by the American Criminologist C. Ray Jeffery in 1971. This theory is based on the fact that human behavior is influenced by the design of the environment. The purpose of this study is to provide a localized checklist based on the CPTED principles in order to identify and assess deficiencies and weaknesses in urban areas and environments. The methodology of this study was based on library research, review of articles and a questionnaire. In order to achieve the aforementioned, a questionnaire was designed based on Likert 5-point scale and distributed among a target community of 44 people including park security staff and visitors. Completed questionnaires were then entered in software and for each rule the most replicated (Mode) was selected as the answer. Analysis showed that the park's status is not favorable in some environmental indicators. The medium option with 17 repeats was 37 %, options low and very high with 12 and 10 repeats had respectively 26% and 22% of the total answers. Including supportive housing residences that are in the wrong location, leading to problems such as lack of infrastructure and access to public services, economic and social problems. there are many criteria for locating the supportive housing, one of the main criteria is affordable indicators. So locating supportive housing according to the affordable indicators is essential. The aim of This paper is codification affordable measures to achieve the location of supportive housing with a systematic process in Babolsar. To this end, the first, with survey of existing research, the affordable indicators of supportive housing were achieved and analysis of its content was adjusted by Objective content. For locating of supportive housing in the Babolsar city, these criteria were conducted. Regarding the spatial justice approach, numerous criteria and sub-criteria and information constraints the present study did not take into account all of them. only access indicator and its sub-criteria by using AHP hierarchy analyzed and then some of the economic criteria (Renovation of worn regions) and legal (the area of the median income of the city) to the output of the AHP was applied. According to this method, the weight given to each criterion and sub-criteria, the binary comparison matrix Thomas L. hour, the ranking is used, in GIS layers were combined. Finally, the affordable area for supportive housing in urban areas was selected. these regions, in terms of the realization of spatial justice, have desirable access to urban facilities and, due to their inclusion in the middle income areas, leads to a reduction in concentration of poverty, and on the other hand, the price of land leakage in this context Due to the importance and limitations of land prices, is appropriate to build shelter housing.}, Keywords = {supportive housing, locating, affordable indicators, spatial justice, AHP model}, volume = {7}, Number = {25}, pages = {35-50}, publisher = {Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch}, url = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-609-en.html}, eprint = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-609-en.pdf}, journal = {Haft Hesar Journal of Environmental Studies}, issn = {2322-5602}, eissn = {2717-4174}, year = {2018} } @article{ author = {}, title = {Analysis of Changes in Urban System of Fars Province during 1976 to 2011}, abstract ={Urban system or city distribution across regional geographical space is a reflection of the outcome of economic and social forces as well as human groups that are structured under an organization. A key stage of regional planning is urban hierarchy system analysis and its developments at the levels of districts and regions. The desirable urban system and consequently appropriate urban size distribution is one of the development factors in region or country. Considering the importance of urban system, this paper attempts to analyze the evolution of urban system in Fars province in the period 1976 to 2011. For this purpose, a descriptive-analytical method is adopted and measurement criteria of primate city, concentration and balance are employed to analyze development of urban system in Fars Province. Based on the findings, key features of urban system of Fars province are high concentration of population in Shiraz, absence of major cities in the urban hierarchy and expansion of small towns with population less than two thousand people, which have largely affected the developments of urban system in this province. The results suggest the strong presence of primate city phenomenon at this province, which has been at work at all time periods, but it has intensified over years. In the period of 1976 to 2011, development of cities through the transformation of rural to urban areas has mitigated the degree of concentration in urban system so that according to entropy criterion, population distribution shows a tendency towards balance. In this study, the sense of belonging to a place as one of the components of creating the quality of space in residential spaces is discussed. In pursuit of this goal, the purpose of this study was to compare the sense of belonging place as physical and non-physical, which is measured by comparing the sense of belonging in a residential complex. In this paper, after physical examination and environmental factors, we can analyze the physical and emotional factors such as light, materials, color space, proportions, etc., in addition to physical factors, in order to promote the sense of belonging to the location. And the environment There were also emotional factors that could be considered security, the readability of space. According to a study conducted by documentary and library studies, the achievement of the following research can be noted that residential spaces are physically distinct in character, which is more successful in creating a sense of belonging to a place. The requirement for architects to properly recognize these relationships and special attention to residential complexes and settlements and their design as a complex factor that has a great impact on the relationships between individuals is necessary. Correct handling of this issue results in mental health and increased life expectancy. The mentioned town is faced with numerous problems, including visual pollution, existence of inert lands, incomplete blocks, environmental pollution, etc., most notably, the lack of attention to privacy and personal space, and consequently a lack of security. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical and information gathering has been performed by fieldwork and documentation. The aim of this study was to investigate the necessity of environmental psychology components in residential complexes and their role in improving the hope and health of individuals. In this research, after studying previous researches in this field, considering the criteria and factors that were less studied and related to environmental psychology, the Andisheh township was analyzed through spss19 and smart pls software. For this purpose, 420 questionnaires were distributed, which 390 questionnaires were answered correctly. The results showed that people's stress control had the greatest impact on life expectancy. The criteria for movement and pause, stress control and environmental signs explain a total of 91% of life expectancy changes.  }, Keywords = {Environmental Psychology, Life expectancy, Andisheh Town}, volume = {7}, Number = {28}, pages = {5-18}, publisher = {Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch}, url = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-718-en.html}, eprint = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-718-en.pdf}, journal = {Haft Hesar Journal of Environmental Studies}, issn = {2322-5602}, eissn = {2717-4174}, year = {2019} } @article{ author = {}, title = {Review the Necessity of Critical Regionalism in the Development of Modern Architecture}, abstract ={   Since entering the new century, Iranians architectural field treats the scientific thoughts of “Regionalism” and “Critical Regionalism” more and more rationally and gradually abandons shallow copy of “racialism”. This transfer of historical trend does not originate from the update of academic definition, but from cultural critical renewal of the traditional architectural culture for months and years. Iran's architecture, which, under contemporary Westernism, has forgotten its principles, which are considered to be one of the most important schools in the world of architecture. Also, the lack of attention to culture, which has been the antecedent effort for many years, is an issue that is affecting the current state of contemporary Iranian architecture. This research studies the necessity of critical regionalism in the development of Iranian architecture. Which addresses this issue in terms of the need to challenge the architecture of Iran, which is an architecture with Iranian originality, but with global technology. At first, the problem and goals of the research and the research method have been discussed. The research is also applied to the purpose of the research and then it is expressed in terms of theoretical concepts of the literature of the research and then the ideas of the architects and research background have been presented. One of the most fundamental issues in the challenge of regionalism approaches is its relevance to the modernist and global approach that has been addressed in this paper. In the remainder of the article, we tried to use the relationship or non-significant relationship between independent variables (manufacturing method and technology) and dependent variables (critical regionalism) to be tested for independence or correlation. Other objectives of this paper are to determine the variables that affect critical regionalism in architecture. In this paper, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, correlation coefficient and the new and advanced methods of partial least squares equation (VPLS), all of which are part of the SPSS research method, are used. The main result of this research is the existence of a meaningful relationship between (introversion, passion, self-affirmation, people, lack of futility) as the principles of Iranian architecture and regionalism in a field research. The ranking of the variables of the principles of Iranian architecture from the rank 1 to the end is as follows: self-affirmation, introversion, people's wisdom, avoidance of futility, nearness. Finally, in the result section with ranking of principles and evaluating the superiority of the index with the critical regionalization approach, it was revealed that self-esteem and introversion had the least impact on this issue, which means that the involvement of critical regionalism in historical texts It has the least impact on critical regionalism and can be viewed globally by preserving cultural and regional principles without forgetting the tradition. At the mean time, cultural diversity can not be a reason for protecting backward culture and refusing advanced one The aim of critical regional culture is not simply to “restore the old”, but also to integrate and innovate in the trend of cultural globalization.}, Keywords = {Architecture, Regionalism, Critical Regionalism, Iranian Architecture, Authenticity}, volume = {7}, Number = {28}, pages = {19-32}, publisher = {Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch}, url = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-712-en.html}, eprint = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-712-en.pdf}, journal = {Haft Hesar Journal of Environmental Studies}, issn = {2322-5602}, eissn = {2717-4174}, year = {2019} } @article{ author = {}, title = {The Role of Social Capital in Promoting Popular Participation and Optimal Urban Management (Case Study: Koy Neighborhood, Government Employees and Five Hundred Units of the City of Douganbadan)}, abstract ={Social capital is a form of traditional solidarity of society in which groups of people can pursue their individual interests by dedicating themselves to social projects. The consumption of fossil fuels in buildings has an enormous impact on the pollution. About 40% of the total energy is spent on heating, cooling and lighting of buildings. The use of solar energy is one of the ways that reduce the thermal load of buildings. One of the factors that affect this utilization is the ratio of the height of the building to its side street width or sky view factor (SVF). By increasing this ratio, the possibility of using solar energy decreases and this possibility increases by decreasing the ratio. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the criteria of the detailed plan of Hamadan regarding the method of determining the height of buildings in terms of their use of solar energy and determining the quality rating of the buildings with different latitudes of solar energy. Based on Hamedan's detailed plan, the fourteen main options, along with the subset modes, each of which totally comprise eighteen modes, were analyzed in four effective indicators of energy consumption in buildings based on Tapsis method for North and South buildings. these indicators include the average angle of view of the barriers to solar radiation outside the outer shell, the ratio of the total surface of the shell exposed to outdoor to the total building volume, the ratio of the surface of the ceiling to the total surface of the outer shell on the south face, and the ratio of the thermal bridges in the facade to the total surface is the outer shell of the building. The results show that, generally, southern buildings in narrow dtreet, and northern buildings in widespread street have a better use of solar energy than other ones. According to the results, among the northern buildings, the buildings located in side of the 75-meter streets have the best Productivity and the buildings located in side of the 10-meter streets with over 220 square meters area are the most inefficient. Among the southern buildings, the buildings located in side of the 4-meter streets have the best Productivity and buildings located in side of the 30-meter streets with less than 300 square meters are the most inefficient.  }, Keywords = {Detailed Plan, Hamedan, Building‛s Height, Energy Efficiency, TOPSIS}, volume = {7}, Number = {28}, pages = {75-88}, publisher = {Islamic Azad University, Hamedan Branch}, url = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-716-en.html}, eprint = {http://hafthesar.iauh.ac.ir/article-1-716-en.pdf}, journal = {Haft Hesar Journal of Environmental Studies}, issn = {2322-5602}, eissn = {2717-4174}, year = {2019} } @article{ author = {}, title = {Assessment and explanation Women\'s Access to Educational Opportunities In Southern Regions of the Country (Case Study: Counties of Bushehr Province}, abstract ={The present study was conducted with the aim Adaptive Comparsio Women's Access to Educational Opportunities In the Counties of Bushehr Province, This study is based on the nature of an applied research and from a methodological point of view in the descriptive-analytical research category.
