It seems that the influence of cultural and social fabric of every society on architectural space in every period of history is undeniable. Sometimes it was so strong that many users were affected in space. in theory that was raised by Bill Hillier, for the first time based on the difference space factor, to check the value of a space in a plan using quantitative methods (mathematical way space) were discussed. the aim of this study was to evaluate the social and cultural logic of space resulting in access to space of value and is in line with this logic. in order to test the hypothesis of social and cultural logic in the house, four traditional houses that built in the period of Ghajar were select. three of the houses in Yazd, and another example in order to apply a comparative study is located in Tehran. the research is descriptive and analytical method and using qualitative and quantitative strategies to assess and describe the probabilities, social and cultural logic space will be discussed. The quantitative method was used space syntax mathematical relationship (a mathematical space difference). in proving the quantity method, first paid to justify graph each house data on the spatial difference for each of the areas of the yard, porch, lobby, entered in the relevant formula and the results in table format for each of the four houses that were presented and in qualitative way, from the two indicators "depth" and "ring" was used. to evaluate the quality, depth of the index and ring in the two samples is analyzed and examined. that to achieve that, should the findings used to justify graph to justify the quality of the space, previously stated that again, the three space (the yard, porch and three-door or five-door) were selected for review. the results showed that social and cultural relationships profound effects on the physical structure and spatial configuration of traditional houses of Iran. also, using physical information, such as architectural plans and charting its justification and describe the information derived from it, it is likely to prove valuable space and to the spatial resolution or the integrity of its relationship with realized. according to the survey regarding the qualitative and quantitative analysis, in order to get space in order to explain the logic of social and cultural value of the house, then the research questions in this regard arises: Can having physical information architecture, cultural logic - social or otherwise realize the value of space? How can using quantitative and qualitative methods and, according to information from the physical space set achieved, the value of each sub-spaces found space?
Mentioned hypotheses, the answers to the questions above is explained is as follows:
Assumptions: by examining the difference space and the results of his physical information from the architectural space, can be realized values of the different spaces.
Using mathematical space syntax style quantify and using the concepts of deep and ring by qualitative method can be realized value of space.

By understanding how the built environment and social relations between individuals, architects and designers in order to assist the appropriate design of such spaces. With that in mind, this research was to explore the mechanism of how the elements of the physical environment on the amount and type of social interaction are Technical School. In fact, in this study the impact of physical factors such as the effects of colors, light, dimension of class and style arrangement of benches, green space, form, space, covering teachers, facilities, space, school, classroom, library and gardens and other spatial factors as the type and the socialization of students is examined. Sustainable development, as the most important goal of environmental movements, introduces the stability of small society as the most important way of reaching sustainability. Neighborhood sustainable development will lead to communities' ability to utilization management and using of natural, human and ecological resources which will cause environmental sustainability. Despite the above mentioned factors, during the contemporary era, Gorgan urban contexts went through a lot changes in economic, social and environmental contexts which affected the neighborhood skeleton and its performance in satisfying the needs of residents to great extent. The most important factors of such changes are automobiles domination, linkage breakdown and lack of attention to context and locality which not only forms new neighborhood developments but also dominates old and historical contexts of the city which caused problems such as environmental sustainability decay of city neighborhood, increase of energy consumption and decrease of satisfaction of residents.
One of the patterns which directly targeted energy and environment is the pattern model of leadership in energy and environmental design in neighborhood development which provides approaches for neighborhood development that compatible with environment during assessing and comparing different areas based on their environmental sustainability. Standards of this pattern are based on a complex of urban smart growth principles, new urbanism movement and green buildings. On this ground, by using leadership in energy and environmental design in neighborhood development for Eghtesad and Sar-Cheshme which were chosen among historical, planned urban contexts were assessed and compared according to their environmental sustainability. The results showed that although all of the two neighborhoods possessed low levels of environmental sustainability according to the standards of this pattern, Eghtesad neighborhood which is a relatively new and planned context is in better conditions. The final result say Eghtesad neighborhood got 33 points, Sar-Cheshme neighborhood got 28 points out of 100.

The Effect Social Capital on the Economic Status of Urban Centers
(Case Study: Central Ring of Hamedan)

Social capital is widely believed to underlie economic development. Social capital is so important in economic development that it can be clearly observed in almost all developed societies. The World Bank defines social capital as the invisible wealth of a country which is composed of all institutions, relations, and norms that contribute to the formation of social interaction. The present study seeks to investigate the effect of the major components of social capital, i.e. social participation, social cohesion, and social trust, on the economic development of a city. The data were collected through a questionnaire and by means of random sampling.
The study aims at improving the economic status of the urban center of Hamedan by means of social capital. The methodology is descriptive-analytical. Data collection methods include library research, questionnaire, and field observation. Simple random sampling method was used to choose 315 subjects from the target population of shopkeepers in the area under investigation. Cronbach's alpha test indicated that the questionnaire had a high reliability. Finally, the data were analyzed through correlation analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. The findings suggest that social capital in the area in question is considerably low and we can improve the economic status by increasing social capital.
