The purpose of this research is to determine the level of development of cities in Kurdistan province. Delphi method was used to determine the importance of indicators As a result, questionnaires were distributed among 35 specialists. The data were analyzed using hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and in Expert Choice software. To determine the level of development of cities, the TOPSIS multi-criteria decision-making method was used. And finally, to display the spatial results, Geographic Information System (GIS) was used. The results showed that the city of Sanandaj (with a score of .989) is ranked first. According to Saqez city (with a score of .165), in the second rank, Baneh (with a score of .1307) in the third place, the city of Marivan (with a score .1302) In the fourth rank, the city of Ghorveh (with a score of .114) in the fifth rank, Bijar (with a score of .088) in the sixth rank, Kamyaran city (with a score of .051) in the seventh rank, the city of Diwandareh (with a score of .016 ) In the eighth place, the city of Dehgolan (with a score of .011) is in the ninth and, in the end, the city of Sarvabad (with a score of .006) is in the tenth rank.
