That led to social life, sympathy, collaboration, altruism and loyalty. This kind of capital is the appropriate base for physical and human capital efficiency. It's considered as a method for success achievements. Social capital as a local competitive advantage is categorized as a capacity that its growth depends on voluntary behaviors' indication like citizenship behavior. Explanation the role of social capital in Abiverdi and Shiraz university neighborhood citizenship behavior growth increase is the goal of this study. The resulted Data from "spss" "Amos" and "Lisrel" software have processed. Simple accident method is chosen for this research's sampling and the sample size for each site is 375 persons. That is resulted with Cochran formula. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used for questionnaire credit test. For investigation the influence of social capital on citizenship behavior, structural equation model is used. The result shows that the relationship between social capital and citizenship behavior is positive and strong. In Abiverdi neighborhood the increase of citizenship variable for each unit of social capital increase is 0.58 and this is 0.51 for Shiraz university neighborhood. From all of social capital dimension the most effective one on citizenship behavior promotion in Abiverdi neighborhood is the relational dimension and in Shiraz university neighborhood is structural dimension.
