fa تبیین چارچوب طراحی فضای شهری دوستدار بانوی ایرانی از دیدگاه بانوان (مورد مطالعه: خیابان‌های شهری کرمان) Explaining the Framework for Designing an Iranian Woman-Friendly Urban Space from the Perspective of Women (Case Study: Kerman Urban Streets) عمومى General پژوهشي-مورد پژوهی Research امروزه در مطالعات شهری بررسی جایگاه زنان در شهر بسیار ضرورت دارد. چرا که زنان، نیز همپایه مردان در کار و فعالیت‌های روزانه در شهرها حضور دارند و یکی از بهره‌بردارن فضاهای شهری محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین آنها حق دارند همانند مردان از فضاهای عمومی شهری استفاده کنند. اما از آنجایی که نوع نیازها، نحوه درک محیطی و در نتیجه الگوهای رفتاری زنان و مردان در فضاهای عمومی، تفاوت‌های معناداری دارند، لذا نادیده انگاشتن تفاو‌ت‌ها می‌تواند حضور زنان را در فضاهای عمومی محدود نماید. در دنیای مدرن امروزی با وقوع تحولات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی، زمینه‌سازی افزایش حضور زنان در فضای شهری بسیار بیشتر شده است؛ بر همین اساس برخی نیازهای بانوان، در طراحی‌های شهری مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و حضور آنان در فضاهای عمومی شهری را با دشواریهایی مواجه ساخته است. این مساله در شهر کرمان بعنوان یکی از شهرها با پیشینه و قدمت تاریخی و مذهبی در کشور از این منظر حائز اهمیت است، شهر کرمان در چند سال اخیر رشد قابل توجهی داشته است و برنامه‌ریزی آن در آینده نزدیک با توجه به رشد قبلی چنانچه بدون برنامه و اصول صحیح برنامه‌ریزی باشد شهر را با مشکلاتی زیادی مواجهه خواهد ساخت. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی مشکلات کنونی طراحی شهری خیابان‌های کرمان از منظر بانوان با ارائه یک مدل زمینه‌ای در فضاهای شهری با تاکید بر خیابان‌ها، در پی به دست آوردن چارچوب طراحی فضای شهری متناسب بانوان است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 16 نفر از بانوان 35 تا 60 ساله شهر تهران با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که براساس اسناد و ابعاد سیاستگذاری شهری، طراحی شهری دارای سه بازوی قانونگذاری، ساختارسازی و کارکردگرایی است و بر همین مبنا سه بعد برنامه‌ریزی و تصمیم‌سازی، طراحی و اجرا و بعد بهره‌برداری به دست آمده است. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه‌های مشارکت طلبی، جامعیت و همه شمولی و رعایت ابعاد ایمنی و راحتی و همچنین استانداردسازی برنامه‌ها متناسب برای همه اقشار می‌تواند شهر دوستدار بانوان را خلق نماید و چنانچه مشارکت بانوان وجود نداشته باشد شهر تک بعدی و سازگار با کارکردهای مردانه خواهد داشت.   Today, in urban studies, it is very necessary to investigate the position of women in the city. Because women are equal to men in daily work and activities in cities and are considered one of the users of urban spaces. Also, they have the right to use urban public spaces like men. But since the type of needs, the way of perceiving the environment and as a result the behavior patterns of women and men in public spaces have significant differences, therefore, ignoring the differences can limit the presence of women in public spaces. In today's modern world, with the occurrence of social, cultural and economic developments, the grounds for increasing the presence of women in the urban space have increased much; Accordingly, some needs of women have not been taken into account in urban designs and their presence in public urban spaces has faced difficulties. This issue is important in the city of Kerman, as one of the cities with a historical and religious background in the country, from this point of view, the city of Kerman has grown significantly in the last few years, and its planning in the near future, considering the previous growth, if without If the plan and principles of planning are correct, the city faces problems such as slums, ruined historical context, influx of immigrants, especially Afaghaneh immigrants, modern and heterogeneous context, etc. Based on this, this research has been done with the aim of analyzing the current problems of urban design in the streets of Kerman and presenting a contextual model in urban spaces with an emphasis on the streets of Kerman to obtain a suitable design framework for women. The statistical population of the research was 16 women aged 35 to 60 in Tehran using a targeted and accessible sampling method. The results of the research show that based on the documents and dimensions of urban policy, urban design has three arms of legislation, structuring and functionalism, and on this basis, three dimensions of planning and decision-making, design and implementation, and the dimension of exploitation have been obtained.
