Livability, in the context of urban development, is significantly influenced by economic, social, physical, and environmental factors. Disruption and instability in any of these aspects can disrupt the entire urban ecosystem, adversely affecting livability levels. In the physical context, the spatial structure and form of a city, especially the distribution and interrelation of various elements within its space, directly impact livability and overall quality of life. The spatial layout and physical structure of cities, shaped by social and economic conditions, often result in spatial dichotomy at the rural district level.
