Human and environment studies show that the study of physical space requires consideration of activities in it. Cultural spaces are of special importance due to having different potentials that cause various activities to occur. For this reason, finding the most important influential components in the design of cultural spaces is one of the most important issues that designers are looking for today. For this purpose, in this research, Tehran's book garden was selected and analyzed as one of the representative examples that has different spatial components. Examining the relationships between people in cultural spaces is effective in their spatial organization. Solitude is one of the social behaviors, it determines the distance and boundary between people, and with its help, a person can monitor and control her relationships with others. The mechanisms for achieving solitude in the physical environment are provided by proper organization of the environment and help designers to provide a platform with selectable spatial opportunities for the user.In addition to identifying the factors affecting privacy, the upcoming research seeks to answer how the organization of the environment affects the privacy of users in cultural places such as Bagh Kitab in Tehran. This research, using the integrated method (qualitative-quantitative), seeks to find those environmental organization components that are effective on the level of seclusion of users in cultural places. In order to achieve this goal, by using library studies and reaching a theoretical consensus in interviews with experts in the field of architecture, the effective components of the organization of the environment on the privacy of users were extracted, which include communication and control, interconnection of spaces, geometric proportions of communication paths, legibility of paths. natural landscape and depth of space. Then, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the users, and in the analysis of the questionnaire data, the method of correlation and path analysis was used to explain the model and extract three functional, physical and behavioral cycles. In the final model, the relationship between the components and their impact on each other has been analyzed and evaluated. Also, data collection was based on field observations using reliable sources and maps, and data extraction and analysis was analyzed by A-Graph space branch modeling software. The results based on the research findings show that there is a significant difference between the factors affecting solitude in cultural spaces. From the point of view of the users, the layout and readability of the space is the most important criterion affecting privacy in cultural spaces, followed by invitingness, personal spaces and multi-purpose spaces.
